Sadly have to update this review after over a year of amazing service. They are always out of meat besides for the fancy expensive one. They are super slow always having a line I assume due to low staffing. Quality has gone downhill fast here.
I've been going here once a week for the past few months and the food has always been great, good portions, and great customer service.

They are terrible at online orders. They never use the pickup shelf, the orders are never ready in time, the app will say it is ready and waiting and then you arrive and stand there for 10-15 minutes. The staff is rude and unpleasant if you ask for it.

I went in for my veteran’s day deal, and the young woman behind the counter said my driver’s license with my veteran tag and the navy logo wasn’t good enough, so I had to pull out my veteran healthcare card. As I was finishing up at the counter, she turns to her friend and says in Spanish “tu serio?” as if I can’t understand Spanish. They also messed up my order because they couldn’t understand me in the burrito assembly line.

Just went to this location to pickup a mobile order that said it was “ready for pickup”. I went up and told two ladies (who were rude and gave off a cliquey vibe) my name for the order — and they said it wasn’t ready. 10 minutes later I go up and ask again if it was ready, and they proceed to give me a bag that was sitting there since I walked in.
Totally get that mistakes happen but they never even checked the bags that were ready for pickup the first time I asked and when I called out that my order was the bag sitting there for 10+ minutes, they started giggling😭 very odd interaction and very poor service overall.

Super rude cashier. I went up to the cashier Paola and let her know I had asked them to put guacamole on my kids meals and she proceeded to tell me it was extra I know it’s an extra charge I specifically asked for it on the kids meal it’s an extra 70 cents . When I saw one of the kids meals it didn’t have guac and she then charged me 2.97 when it was only 70 cents when I had asked for them it was not my mistake. She was super rude and offended like if I made the mistake this chipotle has super unfriendly staff and on top of that their drink station was all messy and sticky ! As the cashier she should be keeping up with that drink station!
This is the worst Chipotle in Denver. Constantly long lines. Constantly messing up orders to go and not checking. It will end up in the restaurant chain version of H-E double hockey sticks

Why have employees that don’t want to work be there everyday rude and showing nasty faces , Sunday afternoon 3:00 pm lady was mad for having to work was being rude and having an attitude making the food don’t recommend coming here at all
