Very disappointed in the service today. I ordered a kids build your own and they gave me such little chicken that I did not have enough to build two tacos. I tried to speak with the manager and she rudely turned me away. As a longtime customer I am very disappointed in the service.

This lady just fed me the crustiest corner of the beans! She had started there and gave it a good stir and then grab me some from the middle. That was so disgusting. I didn’t even want to buy my burrito! Now I have to think about eating it. Big ol’ pot of beautiful beans and she grabbed me the crustiest corner. I pay a lot for this burrito and I come here all the time.

Calling the health department at 0900 tomorrow!! I just watched the male cashier walk out of the bathroom with cleaning supplies and gloves on. Walked right to the register, took OFF the dirty gloves from cleaning the toilet IN the food area, he NEVER washed his hands and he started grabbing burritos and put them in bags. As a nurse, I took my food and tossed it. Chipotle can keep my $12 and the E.coli contaminated food. Absolutely horrific!!

6:30pm dinner rush and there is only one person on the line. The other employee is literally leaning against the drink cooler with his arms crossed, occasionally ringing up customers. There is no sense of urgency and no manager in sight. The dining room is filthy. My food is barely warm. And I am once again reminded why I rarely visit Chipotle anymore.

These people need to learn how to speak English to communicate with United States citizens. They are very rude. No one‘s wearing a name tag so if you have to make a complaint, you don’t even know their name when you ask for their name they won’t give you their name and this place need to be cleaned up. It’s a mess. However, the food was great and tasted really fresh but the Customer Service here sucks and the lobby is disgusting.

This Chipotle used to be great, but now it’s awful! Service is extremely slow and the food bar is usually messy and there’s only ever just one person making the food. Went in today for a mobile order and it took 30 minutes for them to get it to me, wasting my lunch time. One guy was helping the guests in line and the girl at the cash register was just standing there not helping. Really disappointing experience.
