Why have employees that don’t want to work be there everyday rude and showing nasty faces , Sunday afternoon 3:00 pm lady was mad for having to work was being rude and having an attitude making the food don’t recommend coming here at all

Okay, as yuppie as this whole area is, they have the right stuff, and staff, to make it a good experience. Not only was this place clean, but the long line was executed with the quickness. We didn't even have to wait long after our orders were in.
Outside the food being as expected and the table setting being tight, this place was a really plain, solid place to hit up.

Order a bowl with black beans but when I saw the server scrape the bottom of the pan a couple of hard times I told them I did not want the old beans. So she grab supposly a new one then scrape the old beans and drop in and then put them in my bowl anyway. When I tried to speak to manager she ignored me and refuse to speak to me. 1 star for food and service.

Update: try so hard to avoid this location but couldn’t do it tonight and got a screwed up order. This location is 100% on screwing at least one item up. But luckily chipotle makes it nearly impossible yo do anything about it.

Staff is disinterested in their customers. Some give you bare minimum in the bowls and others ask what you want.
They must not open at 10:45 anymore. I was there at 10:50, door still locked and the crew was sitting at a table eating food.

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to, and it boils down to only one thing: terrible staff and management. They're automatically set up for success as a franchise, including a fantastic location. However, for some weird reason, they can't seem to hire anyone who remotely cares. This location is painfully slow, always exceptionally dirty with trash overflowing, and mysteriously cold & crusty food. I've been here many times hoping Chipotle will have forced a management change, but nope! Still terrible. Oh well - Illegal Pete's is better anyway!
