**This is only pertaining to the online order person:
I ordered two burrito bowls and one burrito. They didnt have the order done by the estimated time, and while I was waiting at the counter, they served about 25 people. It took them 25 minutes after when the food waa supposed to be ready to bring the order to the front, and it was incorrect. They gave me all burrito bowls, no burrito, and when we finally got home to open the bowls, they were woefully empty.
The manager in front was helpful, and even gave me a free drink and chips for the wait. The front worked like clockwork. But whoever was manning the online order station was joking around with coworkers, and not working on putting anything together for at least 5 minutes after the food was late.
I was trying to use the online system to make it easy on the employees, and not order multiple meals at the front, but I'll never use the online system again.

Placed an order online picked it up and got home to find out they didnt even complete the order. My daughters kid meal consisted of only 2 hard shell tortillas and lettuce no other ingredients. My wife's order was missing ingredients that were paid for. Absolutely dumbfounded that anyone in the service industry would allow an incomplete order go out the door. Tried calling only to spend 30 min talking to a computer. When I finally got to speak with a living person, they couldn't have been any less useless. Next time ill drive the extra 5 min to the other store.

Made quesadilla with half a scoop of chicken and when I asked them to remake it because it was completely falling apart she tried to put it together with her bare hands, I was told “every quesadilla comes out like this”. While in every other chipotle I’ve been too has never had an issue of the few pieces of chicken that were actually put in this particular quesadilla completely falling out of the tortilla. The two workers that were attending the register and the food completely disregarded any type of customary treatment towards a customer.

Last 2 times we’ve ordered from this location, quality has gone way down. Steak mixed into chicken bowl, burnt chips, etc. this location used to be great. Will go out of our way to go to another. Hate to give up Chipotle altogether.

This Chipotle is decent. They actually pay attention to special instructions. If you order extra lettuce you will get extra lettuce. If you order light rice, they will give you a small amount of rice. The employees serm to care. This location is the total opposite of the location off of Evans and Gilpin. If you are in the university area, I highly recommend going to this Chipotle location instead of the one off of Evans. Even if you have to travel a little bit farther, trust me, it will be worth it to go to this location. Do not go to the location off of Evans and Gilpin.
