I live down the street and have been coming here for years. I have never been so disappointed in ordering chips in my life than I have been tonight. Felt like I was eating fresh cardboard with my bowl. My wife and I looked at each other half way through our meal and she said it’s been like this for the past month. Food is decent still, but do not order chips.

We were anxious to try the smoked brisket, and I wanted a quesadilla, but you can't order a full sized quesadilla in the line, so I got a burrito instead. The burrito was served to us cold, with cold Brisket, Beans, and Queso Blanco. Since I couldn't cut through the tortilla, and I was worried about food poisoning with the cold ingredients, so we took our food home and put it in the microwave. Why does the health department allow cold meat to be served? Isn't restaurant food supposed to be hot when served for safety reasons?

I recently had an outstanding experience at Chipotle, and I just have to share it! I needed to place a large order for 15 people, but their website was down, which made the process quite frustrating. However, the incredible staff completely turned the situation around.
They were patient, kind, and took the time to ensure my entire order was correct. Despite the complexity of my order, they made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond by helping me carry all the bags to my car.
This level of service is rare, and it made such a positive impact on my day. Thank you, Chipotle team, for your exceptional service and professionalism. I will definitely be back!

There is literally ONE employee who works at this location who is nice. She recognizes me & remembers that I get the EXACT SAME order every time I come in. I don’t have to tell her what I want because I NEVER change what I order. The rest of the people including the manager there are incredibly rude. Every single time I come into this specific chipotle I order the SAME THING every single time and without a doubt they charge me a different price for the SAME MEAL every single time. When I ask them why they are doing that instead of charging me the typical price for the same meal I order every single time, they would rather sit there and argue/explain to me how they break down “prices” & why they are changing it that day which frankly I do NOT care about!!! I do not understand why they keep changing the price for the EXACT SAME MEAL that I order every single time. I guess I will just go to the location in Cherry Creek where they always charge me the same amount & the employees actually respect the customers who are REGULARS. Shout out to the ONE nice lady but everyone else needs to get it together. I shouldn’t have to be dealing with nonsense on my lunch break its ridiculous. They WILL scam you so they can pocket the extra $$$!!!
I've been a regular at this location for two years, but today was a disappointing experience. It’s clear there have been staff changes, as the usual employees weren’t there. Unfortunately, the food quality has taken a noticeable hit. The flavor was almost nonexistent (it was badly lacking salt), the portion sizes were much smaller than usual, and my chips were overcooked. The medium salsa was watery and had way too much cumin flavor, making it almost unpleasant. To make matters worse, several tables were dirty and the service was much slower than usual. On top of all that, they tried charging me double for the salsa on the side, though I caught the mistake. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location, or any Chipotle, for the foreseeable future.
