Let me start with great food and your classic original Chipotle vibe. However, the first person in the food line taking the orders was extremely rude and clearly high on an upper. She was rushing everything unnecessarily and grinding her jaw. I watched her take the next three orders as I made way down the line and she was rude and short with everyone. The whole time she was avoiding eye contact and doing all the upper drug tells. They need to address this.Wheelchair accessibility: They have great ADA accessibility and plenty of spots. One of their ADA curb stops is slanted a lot and makes navigating difficult if they could fix that.
THEY CHARGED ME $2.65 for Guac but I didn’t order Guac. I asked if that was the right price and they said “it was for what I ordered”. Do you see any Guac? The employees don’t care 0/5 stars go to a different

Probably the worst chipotle in Denver. It's by our house so we've been going here for years but they seem to always mess something up. Chips are usually stale, rice undercooked, out of some sort of meat, etc

When we arrived, the music was blaring loud. So loud, it was difficult to communicate with the person building the burrito. Apparently, other guests felt the same, and someone FINALLY turned down the volume. Prior to that, it was a scream session to speak to the person you came to lunch with.

When it comes to job applications, they are always in need of staff on the website, they make you lose by going to supposed interviews to tell you that the position is filled. It is a curtain for the manager to say that he gives the opportunity to everyone, but in reality they do not give the opportunity to strangers, only their people. Don't waste your time applying for a job at Chipotle.

This one is hit or miss lately... i ordered chicken tacos and was given pork, which I'm sensitive to. The music was atrocious.The servers are usually very kind and competent, but the last visit the woman who made my food got the protein wrong and was skimpy with the portions.My rating is based on the last visit and I'll update if it changes next time.

The last 4 times I've ordered online my order has been wrong. I'm literally going to drive further to go to another location. I've given them too many tries.
Do NOT get a salad. Eat well cooked food only. 12 hrs later I had a definite intestinal problem that lasted a few hours. Classic case of raw food contamination. I was the only one who ate the power greens salad. Those who ordered cooked food were all fine. Having the salad on the bottom of the bag with the hot food on top probably did not help either. Petri dish scenario. It was somewhat wilted and I should have left it uneaten. Lesson learned.

Just came and got some food before work. The energy felt great inside. The younger Hispanic with piercing on top of his ear( I forgot his name but think he may be manager) always is a pleasure to see. I'm only leaving four stars though because one day me and my husband came in at night and a younger black girl working their was acting very strange and kept looking at my husband in a lustful way and I did not like that and my husband laughed it off but did mention that hes too grown to have a teen staring at him like that (I'm black as well so this is not a race thing nor jealously as in I'm sure my husband was flattered lol) but long as I don't have to see her again, I will keep coming back. Great customer service, great food!
