They will tell you it’s free guacamole day then charge for it anyway and say “oh sorry, you had to give us a code”. Then why did you freaking say that?!?! Incompetent

Been to chipotles all across the country because I travel often. This was the best/most flavorful chipotle I can remember, and the best (& cheapest food/lowest rated) I’ve had while here. 🤦🏻

This place is ridiculous!! I’m not sure what type of clientele that they serve on a daily basis!! However they charged me for guacamole and I didn’t even ask for it and then when I went to go inform them of their mistake. The young Hispanic lady I’m assuming she was the manager. Anyway she had to check the camera to see if I was lying!! Now I worked in customer service for mor than 20 years and I have need to a lot of restaurants and now they are sitting back there talking shit!! Wow this is crazy!! I know I shouldn’t let this get to me but it just pisses me off that customer service doesn’t exist anymore!!😡 oh yeah I hardly had any meat in my $12.00 bowl that I ordered and my appetite was ruined!!

You walk in and the employees look at you like what do you want ! They don't greet you at all..they hire just teenagers . The manager isn't professional or friendly either..I am going to start driving to the Chipotle Tower road to get my food

They were out of carnitas and chicken. They were very rude to me couldn't smile. That's not good customer service no one wants to come in feeling unwelcomed. I myself work in the restaurant industry and I was not impressed. The cashier's name was Alejandra and she was very rude told me they were out of everything. I simply asked for my total and she said it's on the screen very condescending.

Ordered a bowl with a LG guc and LG queso. I didn't know I had to ask for chips the smart rude girl on the register told me I need to tell her. Sorry I don't work at chipotle. But since this is her job she should have asked if I wanted chips. Did she think I was gonna eat the LG guc and queso with a spoon. Train her not to tell customers to do her job. Cross merchandise u see someone with LG dips ask them if they need chips. Sales it's about making sales. I never had an issue I go there often just that one time with the rude smart girl that don't know how to upsale.

Servers/Frontline didn't seem like they understood English. Chicken was shredded causing slight dryness. Fountain drink flavor was out. The manager made the drink right. Overall, wasn't too impressed today as usually this Chipotle is on top of everything.

They don't care about their customers and will lie just to not help you. I went in and tried ordering a chicken quesadilla and they said they couldn't do it because the machine was broken then I go on uber eats and order it on there from that specific restaurant and they made it. Such horrible customer service here I would give a 0 if I could.!
Food was delicious, everything I ordered, jerk chicken, catfish combo with cabbage and mashed potatoes. Service was extremely slow but it wasn't the server's fault...she was taking care of the floor by herself and was doing the very best she could. Then their system went down so you could only pay by cashapp or cash. Zelle didn't work. The sad part is mgmt never came out to say anything to us. I would think good customer service would have been to come out and express their concern about the slowness and the system being down! I'm not sure I'll go back even though the food was excellent but my time is important! Good company and conversation was why we stayed!
