Came in at 9:30, thinking they would have most items available but had barely any chicken, steak, fajitas, lettuce and etc. When I asked for steak the cooks didn’t want to make it and didn’t even have the grills fired up even though they had an hour and half before they closed. The lady who looks like shawty bae with blonde hair was extremely rude to me and my girlfriend as she was doing online orders and giving us weird looks as we waited then when another employee came to help. Shawty bae was micromanaging her and told the other lady (who was sweet and helping us) not to give us certain portions of food so overall extremely weird vibes and lazy, rude workers

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. The service was absolutely terrible— hostile, rude, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them just by ordering. On top of that, the portions were ridiculously small. For the price you pay, you expect at least a decent amount of food, but this was honestly disappointing. What really pushed it over the edge was seeing the grill employee wipe a dirty rag over the cutting board. It looked completely unsanitary and honestly disgusting. I don’t care how much Chipotle is hyped up as being “fresh” or “healthy” — cleanliness is the bare minimum, and this did not meet it.

The portion sizes are definitely smaller than average. That criticism in other reviews is fair. That being said, the store is still new and clean. The staff is still getting the hang of working together. They do a great job of cooking the food and keeping the store clean. They deal with regular customers, door dashers, high school students and they have a drive through window for online orders. I’m sure they’ll have everything figured out soon enough. It’s nice having a chipotle on south Federal.

I found an eyelash in my food, even though the customer service was amazing. I can't help but notice the size portions are very small and that they don't make their employees wear hairnets. I'm not the type of person to freak out when I see a tiny hair in my food but I imagine others won't feel the same.

Avocado peel in my food, plastic in my daughter’s food and then some sort of chunky tomato salsa was added to a my burrito bowl. Not a very good experience for my first time here. I guess because it’s Chipotle doesn’t change the service in our area
