Servers/Frontline didn't seem like they understood English. Chicken was shredded causing slight dryness. Fountain drink flavor was out. The manager made the drink right. Overall, wasn't too impressed today as usually this Chipotle is on top of everything.

They don't care about their customers and will lie just to not help you. I went in and tried ordering a chicken quesadilla and they said they couldn't do it because the machine was broken then I go on uber eats and order it on there from that specific restaurant and they made it. Such horrible customer service here I would give a 0 if I could.!

Food was delicious, everything I ordered, jerk chicken, catfish combo with cabbage and mashed potatoes. Service was extremely slow but it wasn't the server's fault...she was taking care of the floor by herself and was doing the very best she could. Then their system went down so you could only pay by cashapp or cash. Zelle didn't work. The sad part is mgmt never came out to say anything to us. I would think good customer service would have been to come out and express their concern about the slowness and the system being down! I'm not sure I'll go back even though the food was excellent but my time is important! Good company and conversation was why we stayed!

Don’t waste your money at this location!! Speaks for itself!! My bowl was not what I paid for but it also smells like feet. Ewwwww!!!!!!! Dirty, low portions, and they ignore you.

The staff that fixed my food was somewhat off. The lady was counting the pieces of meat for my burrito bowl, I had to ask twice for rice it didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl. I've had way better service at different locations. I had pieces of avocado skin in my food and not small pieces either. At least it was fresh 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Gable, the Spanish lady didn’t speak Spanish so she kept putting stuff that she wanted to put and then when I got to my table, I told the other lady that I want to remake it so she told me throw it in the trash and make a new one and then when I made a new one, they all stared at me when I was eating my lunch. I didn’t eat waste of $20 horrible service

I stopped in to pick up.A to go order and my mobile app told me my order would be ready at 7:10 I arrived at 715 the cashier.Let me know that the order wasn't ready and that they were working on it. 15 minutes past the cashier went up to his boss and ask his boss Fernando. If the food was ready, he said he was still working on it and he let him know that I have been waiting for 15 minutes. Instead of Fernando apologizing, he decided to come out on the floor stand over me with the receipt and shove it in my face to tell me that their receipt says that the order was supposed to be ready. At 720 nonetheless, we were past the time that my app told me and past The Times that He was yelling at me for. I asked to speak to the general manager or to have their card. The manager came out.I explained the situation and I let her know under no circumstance Should a manager ever feel comfortable enough to stand over a woman and yell at her in front of other customers in an attempt to try to embarrass that person , especially when they're in the wrong. Then my order was wrong after waiting 36 minutes for a pick up order.

Good service. Asked for lettuce in the side. Not problem at all. Good size bowl without eye rolling when asking for more beans and rice. Neighbourhood is a little rough.

You have to start cleaning, it looks very dirty there and the meats look dry, everything is empty, they have to improve because it is very expensive to buy there and if I pay for a meal of 20 to 25 dollars, then the service has to be good
