This was my second visit at this location and I'll go back to Tower. Somehow my rewards wasn't scanned during the first visit and I had to request customer service add points from my reciept. I had to wait 5 min for the new asada which was fine. The manager ending up throwing out my rice and beans the woman started for my bowl, because duh it's just sitting exposed. I added my free drink to checkout and scanned. She was having issues at the register and I wanted...

Been to chipotles all across the country because I travel often. This was the best/most flavorful chipotle I can remember, and the best (& cheapest food/lowest rated) I’ve had while here. 🤦🏻

You walk in and the employees look at you like what do you want ! They don't greet you at all..they hire just teenagers . The manager isn't professional or friendly either..I am going to start driving to the Chipotle Tower road to get my food
