Online ordering here is a nightmare. Never on time and never give double protein despite paying for it. The workers are working their butt off, so i don’t think it’s their fault. They seem understaffed of chipotles online system isn’t giving them enough time to get stuff done. Probably corporate greed at fault

I don’t usually leave chipotle reviews unless they really mess my order up but this time I was surprised to see that at least one of the employees knew how to handle food for people with allergies! Thank you for training them properly it really makes for an overall better experience. Now if y’all could do something about keeping the line cleaner so no cheese gets in the romaine lettuce or guacamole that would be great 😭

Honestly I usually don’t leave bad reviews but they had us waiting fo an hour since they were prioritizing online orders. By the time they got to us they had no food and told us they couldn’t put in new food for the customers waiting.

Initially, the place wasn't busy, but it took the cashier nearly two minutes to help me check out. The gentleman assisting me was rude and had trouble communicating.He so sad or something seemed off with him

Not allowed to use the restroom when I'm walking back to my hotel and have to go, even though I have spent hundreds of dollars (maybe more) at this company over the years. Jesus people, what is that about? When you have to go, you have to go. Going to be petty and ignore Chipotle on principal permanently at this point

They are closing at 9 we were there at 6, I asked chicken they said they don’t have that? I saw they were cooking in the back if they tell me to wait I would say yes also they were so careless, I asked beef instead because they said no chicken and she put only 6-7 little pieces of meat, this was such a bad experience and you should teach your workers hospitality and kindness
The service was a bit slow but they had just opened and prioritized cleaning the kitchen over serving the customers. Typically the guacamole is fresh but this day, it was definitely made quite a while ago as it was brown and didn’t have much of a green color anywhere in it. For as much as they charge extra for guacamole, they really skimped on how much they put on. I eat at Chipotle quite a bit but this store definitely doesn’t give you the amount as every other store I have ever been too. For the price I pay, I definitely expect more than 1/4 of what other stores give.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Just bought some chips and salsa with my chicken bowl and the chip bag was practically empty! I’ve taken photos of the portion size and filed a complaint through chipotle, only for them to tell me I can be compensated for portion size. I don’t recommend this location.

I have been to dozens of chipotles in my life, and worked there for 2.5 years when I was in high school - this is far and away the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Their portion sizes were extremely small (less than what we were taught to serve when I worked there by a significant margin). When I asked for more the employees were extremely argumentative and rude. Not only that, they charged us for side tortillas and two vinaigrettes which were only 1/3 full. Bad vibes all around - rude employees and expensive food. I will not be returning and I suggest for your well being you refrain from going too.
