On the 16th street mall, it's another Chipotle. Exactly what you'd expect. Decent fast food Mexican. There was both a concert and Avs game downtown the evening I went. They did a good job keeping the people moving pre-activity.

Came in 7/19 for the first time and I love how nice and friendly the staff were. The best service I’ve ever had at a chipotle. He even asked if I liked the amount he put in my bowl. Terrific service

Long time Chipotle customer. This place gave me definitively the worst mobile order I’ve ever got. The bowl was nearly empty and the food was completely cold despite me arriving within 10 minutes of placing my order. I would avoid placing mobile orders here as it’s clear their goal is to give you as little food as possible.

They really don't pay attention to online or to go orders. I'm allergic to milk and I requested my tacos without cheese. It wasn't even on the label. So when it showed up with cheese I couldn't even eat it. I wish they were more attentive.

I just want to say that the supervisor and new trainee were amazing. so nice, it didn't feel like Denver. both deserve raises. the food was amazing , the restaurant was immaculately clean, and absolutely the nicest servers/preps whatever you call them there. thank you all

Very Small portions beware!!! Unfortunately as is an issue with some chipotle this location half filled the kids meal. Its a small portion to begin with but there were 3 pepper slivers and half filled white rice and meat. $6.50 for a kids meal is plenty as is so they should at least fill your order correctly.

I ordered through DoorDash and ordered a burrito with white rice and double meat. When I received my order, it seemed to have only about half the portions of everything I would typically expect when ordering in person. At first, I thought it was a taquito because it was so small and skinny. I suppose the allegations are true. UPDATE: after going to the site provided, after leaving this review, the bot and agent make it impossible for me to get this addressed

The restaurant was FREEZING cold!! 🥶 it was 36 outside but probably 30 inside! My food was cold before I was even halfway through with it. Mind you I had on a long winter coat, boots, gloves, hat and scarf and froze to death in there. Made my dining experience terrible! Put the heat on people, it’s WINTER!!! ❄️

Sign on the door says they’re closed on Sundays, even though the app and website says they’re open. I had to get a refund for my online order and waste time placing a new order at a different location.
