I ordered through DoorDash and ordered a burrito with white rice and double meat. When I received my order, it seemed to have only about half the portions of everything I would typically expect when ordering in person. At first, I thought it was a taquito because it was so small and skinny. I suppose the allegations are true. UPDATE: after going to the site provided, after leaving this review, the bot and agent make it impossible for me to get this addressed

The restaurant was FREEZING cold!! 🥶 it was 36 outside but probably 30 inside! My food was cold before I was even halfway through with it. Mind you I had on a long winter coat, boots, gloves, hat and scarf and froze to death in there. Made my dining experience terrible! Put the heat on people, it’s WINTER!!! ❄️

Sign on the door says they’re closed on Sundays, even though the app and website says they’re open. I had to get a refund for my online order and waste time placing a new order at a different location.

I had orders a salad when the burrito maker put the lettuce in the bowl I asked her if that was the salad lettuce or just the iceberg lettuce she assured me that it was the mixed salad lettuce however it was all iceberg. She added the toppings . I ate most of the bowl trying to find the mixed greens however there were none. I brought this up to the manager and she was as cold as an iceberg to me. I’d recommend not going here for a salad.

As someone who works in the service industry I am disappointed and disgusted by the way this team treated me when I came to pick up my catering order. I just spent $600 at this location and since it’s in a spot where parking is not available I was hoping to get some assistance to my car with the 3 large boxes that held my order. Vanessa (I’m guessing she was the supervisor) was very rude when I asked for assistance to my car. She said the team was too busy to help me when there was clearly no line at the counter and the gentleman taking care of the trash seemed willing to help me but Vanessa gave him instructions not to help me. The trash couldn’t wait 5 minutes to help a customer who just spent a lot of money at your business. I expressed my disappointment with this gentleman and Vanessa rudely got in my face and yelled at me to not talk to her team. Really top notch service, Chipotle! Psych!

The comment below is a lie. Even after eating nothing for 24 hours this was disgusting. No mention of a refund when you go through the app with a complaint. Fun fact, when you reheat old chicken on a dirty grill the result is all of it having a burnt taste. You get to have meat that is somehow slimy and dry. I’m remembering from food safety courses that when you heat something cooled it increases the rate of bacterial growth. Hence my upset stomach. Guy behind he counter would rather literally spin in circles than keep this place clean. My order was marked as ready preemptively and prepared poorly. Too much sour cream, cold chicken. The remake had reheated chicken rather than fresh and it was very dry. Don’t see myself coming back. Idk if I even want chipotle again. To the kitchen staff- 13 years food experience has taught me you can talk and work at the same time. Then people get warm food.
