Do not come here!! Portions are tiny!!! Floored I spent my money on this!! If they’re going to serve half portions then they should charge half price !! Very disappointing! Especially when you’re coming off a 12 hour shift and are ravished. Chipotle please do better.

As far as Chipotle goes this one is my favorite Chipotle to eat at , due to the employees are that work there are very helpful. And they seem to be pretty well trained and i had the steak burrito and the steak was cooked really good. I would go as far as saying the food was cooked perfectly

I give it a 2 only because the server had the most beautiful eyes. Outside of that the meat gave me an undercooked taste. I threw the food into the garbage I was to afraid to complain. But the server was great polite. I vowed to never return to this Chipotle.

Nasty. Every time I get a burrito it's dragged through all kinds of cheese slop and other loose food on the counter. I cannot imagine this actually meets health code.

Do not order ahead of time. It is faster to go to the location and order there, they never have anyone at the pickup window and it ends up taking longer waiting for your order than ordering from scratch, you’ll also get slightly larger portions

While I was eating my burrito I had pulled out a long piece of hair and it completely ruined my appetite and a few minutes later my girlfriend was eating her bowl and pulled a longer black hair out of her mouth it was absolutely disgusting!!!! 🤮 need to do better

I tried calling the Chipotle on Broadway in Denver multiple times to place support me with large catering order—no one picked up the phone. After several attempts, I had to physically walk in and ask to speak with a manager.

Madeline, the general manager with purple hair, was dismissive and acted like helping me with a large order was a burden rather than a business opportunity. I was spending hundreds of dollars, yet her attitude made it feel like I was inconveniencing her.

She quoted me a price, but when I went to place the order, the cashier told me it was nearly a third more than what Madeline had said. No explanation, no apology—just confusion and poor communication.

To make matters worse, even though she knew the order was large, Madeline didn’t assign extra help to the burrito assembly line. The team was clearly overwhelmed, and the line grew to over 20 people before she finally added another person. It was chaotic and completely avoidable with better leadership.

I sincerely hope the franchisee owner sees this and addresses the lack of professionalism and customer service.

Trash that is where my food went! Chips were nasty and hard. Opened my burrito and the steak was all fatty and dried out! Chicken burrito I got for my daughter was spicey so she was unable to eat waste !!! Customer care would not help cause staff never gave me a receipt to get money back for my nasty food!
