My $18 bowl! The bag wasn’t shaken in the 5min car ride. There was a whole piece of avocado in my guacamole. Bad experience today; I never eat out and this is why. I like my food made with consideration. Presentation and portion size is unbelievable.

Absolutely the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. This place is literal garbage- rice is disgusting, they’re not even going by the recipe, just throwing crap on the line. Fatty steak that was cooked down on the line and then just thrown in with the fresh stuff, extremely small portions of meat. The soda machines are turned down so it’s watery, has less syrup, and the company makes more profit. And after all this you’re rewarded with paying almost double what you would’ve a couple years ago. This company has lost its way entirely. Oh and Chipotle, don’t respond and say to reach out because I did. And your response was embarrassing.

The guy there gave the smallest little scoops of every ingredient and then put a single piece of meat on the top when it came time for meat, and most of it was a chunk of fat... If I'm going to pay a bunch for food I actually want to get some food. The photos are the bowl completely untouched, I just took off the top.

App said my order would be ready at 3pm 11 minutes later I'm STILL waiting in line Where rude ass people cut in front of you 😡 I sure hope the food is good
Went In to order a steak bowel at 8:30 pm the customer in front had steak when it was my turn I was told there was no more steak and wasn't going to be anymore for the night. We also stood at counter for 7 minutes waiting to be greeted. Maybe close the store earlier so employees don't act like customers coming in is so inconvenient.
Before I say anything I’ve worked for chipotle before. I went in today and asked for extra rice which was an appropriate amount. Then I asked for extra meat which was also a great amount. These are the portions I gave people when I worked there but lately I’ve seen many chipotle spots that are stingy with their amounts. That being said, I really appreciated the portions they gave me and just had to shout them out! Very satisfied with the portions they gave me and my significant other! Great job crew!

They forgot the guac for the chips and guac in a pickup order. Mistakes happen, but instead of refunding the item, they give me a voucher for it that expires in 30 days. Forcing me to come back is one thing, but then only giving me a month to do it. That’s scummy.
