They always skimp on the meat. Like I swear to god, I get burritos with only one or two tiny cubes of chicken in it. If you are going to go here, don't order online. Go in in person and make sure they put the chicken in the burrito. Chips are skimpy also

Reading an order ticket shouldn’t be rocket science but this place sure makes it seem that way. Pretty much every review about a messed up mobile order is 100% spot on. On 3-4 separate occasions they add what they’re not supposed to, don’t include what you ask for, the quality is mid and sometimes when they’re shooting to really shock and awe you it’s all three.

Constantly running out of ingredients late and delivering incorrect orders. Have raised issue with reps via chipotle app directly multiple times who say they will escalate and address the issue, but it keeps happening. Do not go here.

Im only rating the food because there was nothing wrong with the staff- they were all very nice. We ordered lunch today and the Guacumole being served is brown. I understand that this is an issue with avocados but I would think that in light of the fact that Chipotle as a chain has had so many issues in the past with food quality and health code violations that product that was subpar would NOT be served. I took time out of my work day to go back and exchange the two guacs that were in our pickup order only to be told that is all they have. CHipotle should be ashamed- the guacumole is literally dark brown.

Did a mobile order and they didn’t notify me that my order was ready so it was sitting there for about 15 extra minutes because I thought it still wasn’t ready.. Once I got it and brought it home I opened it i realized they forgot the chicken in my bowl.. how do you forget the chicken in my chicken bowl?????

Chipotle bowls used to give me almost 3 meals.. now I can barely get two out of it.. I’ve went to multiple locations. I used to take off my lid & there’d be cheese stuck to the top, not the case the past year. I think Qudoba may officially win my business.
