For Chipotle I really don't expect too much. The service was actually better than normal. Usually just kids messing around and don't care. But these actually cared and asked questions how I liked it. Worthy enough for a review.

Really sad to be writing this right now. I ordered a steak bowl the other day and well… barely received any steak. I understand that this location is right next to a high school and it gets EXTREMELY busy, maybe they were running low, but in what world is like 8 small little pieces of steak acceptable? 😭 this was supposed to be my lunch before heading into work and I’ve had absolutely no issues ordering from this location in the past so I know that this portion for the steak is far from the norm. Maybe it was a bad day as it was clearly high school lunch time when I went in to pickup my order but this is crazy and of course the app was no help and offered me nothing! 😊 no surprise there right? Corporate greed at its finest. Used the lid of the topping container for the guac just to show the size difference and how little the portion of steak was.

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 Star! The disrespect my wife and I received tonight was unacceptable! my daughter in law works for Chipotle and she makes my son Quesarito it's on the secret menu. My wife and I don’t know the menu like that and we never heard of it so we walked up and asked both in a great mood we walked in laughing with our 8 year old. The way they answered back to us was so disrespectful made us repeat our self to tell us they don’t know what it is they said that people come in all the time making things up off of TikTok. I told them sorry our daughter in law works at one of the stores and said mabye she makes it for him but we don’t… so we said okay we’ll get something else . But They kept laughing and looking back at each other. I seen the grill cook who answered for the cashier go to the side and talk to other team worker and then look at us and then they both laughed. after we paid I asked to talk to a manager and the one I’m talking to who was the man that the grill cook stepped to the side to talk to said he was I let him know about the situation and he told me that the grill cook knew what I was talking about and told him he’d make the damn Quesoritta. So if he knew about it why was I even writing the long bad review. I work in customer service I don’t really get upset like I am right now. I understand I don’t like Karen’s myself . But tonight this team was so disrespectful. To make us feel stupid and look stupid to actually know what we were saying all along. This is what my youngest son’s bowl looks like he didn’t want any topping I asked them if they can put more rice or meat I’ll pay for the extra and they couldn’t even do that. This was full price bowls !! This whole experience tonight really we should have went somewhere else never again will we pick chipotle pizza !! Please do better at hiring.

I ordered on door dash from this chipotle and all of the chicken was undercooked and chewy absolutely disgusting I just started eating the rice and beans around it. Went to eat my chips and queso and the chips are like wet and stail at the same time I don’t even know how to explain that. You can see in the picture the chip didn’t even crunch just bent in my mouth🤮

Our experience was horrible. We ordered catering for a build your own experience for a birthday party. It shows up with a completely wrong order, a box of burritos and a box of chips, nothing of which we ordered, 30 minutes before the party is starting. You cannot call and speak to someone at the store. The person who picked up from Chipotle, not the store, said they cannot call the store, we cannot contact the store, and that all they would do is refund the money. Horrible customer service and we will not ever be ordering catering from Chipotle again.
