They completely messed up my order, had zero accommodations and just said sorry. They will take your money but not your proper order! You call the company to speak to a manager and you just get an automated machine. If I could give them zero stars I would. Their store hours are inaccurate. They don’t even close at 11:00pm. I went there yesterday at 10:30 pm and they said we’re closed. I’ll NEVER go back there.

Former Chiptole team member here, this location lacks freshness of food. Every time I pick up here their guac is so grey. Constantly. Worst chipotle in the franchise. And to make up for the mutiple orders of grey guac (with photo proof) they acknowledged how bad it was and awarded me a free side of guac for my next meal… how about refunding my order you guys made inedible? Why would I want your guac that I’m complaining about. Chipotle is a bad franchise, this location sucks. Especially for pickups. Basically a scam really. Buyer beware

I eat here all time, and I think they do a great job. Staff is polite and friendly, food is good and consistent. Across the street from the high school, so occasionally overwhelmed by kids, but they handle it well. Happy to have them in our Denver neighborhood.

Went again today (12/13)for lunch and it was great. The crew was kind and the food was delicious.
The beans were underdone, there was no music, and the floors were dirty. The whole entire staff was just chatting behind the counter, but because of that, the service was good. Not great service, just the bare minimum type of customer service.
Food quality was good overall.

Ordered two burrito bowls and chips, easy, right? Well, the rice was clumpy, soggy, and partially cooked, it still had a crunch to it. The beans were not cooked all the way either. The chicken and brisket were both dry. How can you mess up all of these at the same time? And I thought the experience was the worst part, especially when they tried to convince me I'd have to wait a long time for cheese on the one bowl that wanted it and started packaging it, as a fresh round of cheese was coming out, then put cheese on the bowl of the person with the dairy allergy and refused to fix it, or even apologize.
