I love chipotle, nothing against it, this location is a great spot to go to for me because it's practically around the corner.The only cons I have is that it's fairly dirty. I get it's located in Colfax and next to a highschool but I really don't remember a time where the environment has been clean like other locations I have been to.It's not just the seating area, their work station is pretty dirty as well. When I'm getting a burrito or bowl and food is sloshed all over the place something is fairly bothersome for me with that.

Chipotle may pile on the rice and beans, but for a quick meal that has more food value than a hamburger and fries, I like what they're serving. This location usually moves quickly, even with a line, and the store is generally kept clean. Can't recall having a bad experience here; the staff has always been friendly without being obnoxious or overly-outgoing. I often thank them for the food.

I ordered on app two hours in advance for 20 minutes before they gave me my food. They also had my food made for 10 minutes and let it sit there and ignored me when I asked for it. They also didn’t put it on the reachable shelf when they finished it, instead they made me wait until other orders were finished. Now I have 15 minutes to eat.

Man this place is a mess lmaoBrown (nearly black!!!!) guacamole. And they not even embarrassed by it they still offering it to people. You should’ve seen my face and the faces of people they asked behind me lmao These kids stop cooking around 6pm so after 6:30 they are either out of everything or it’s been sitting there all day. It’s colfax so they got a ton of riff raff chillin in the dining area. Really nasty soda machine, and just generally very dirty for a Chipotle (even for colfax lol).It sucks man Denver has fallen off a cliff I know but even given all of that the people that work here have very clearly stopped trying. Which I get. But if I was looking to eat I’d look elsewhere.

They are extremely stingy on the queso portion on the bowls. When I asked for a little extra since she barely put any on it, she added a single drop. LOL. When I asked for a lil extra on the side cuz I didn’t get enough, they go “nah”. Back to the Chipotle on Broadway from here on out.

This is my not my first experience with this Chipotle and I have been disappointed enough where it’s driven me to leave a negative review which I don’t enjoy doing. One visit was to dine in, we arrived over an hour before close; There were multiple hand written signs saying bathrooms were closed and not to ask for the code, and hand written signs saying there was no queso or guacamole available, yet there was an employee mixing up a whole new batch of rice. We go to cash out, there was a Chipotle employee putting on her earrings in front of the register chatting with the employee closing us out. My credit union debit card (it doesn’t have TAP access) is not registering when it’s inserted, after a few attempts she finally takes her attention from the girl putting her earrings on and says only the tap works right now on the machine and provided no alternatives in entering in my payment information.Today I got an order for pick up. The guacamole is only smashed avocados with a couple onions, it’s dark and clearly not kept fresh, the chips are soft and stale. I hope the franchise owner (or who this concerns) is aware of this off putting service and disappointing food quality.
