I have to give one stars because I never get the opportunity to eat here. The restaurant always seems empty but the parking is horrible any time of day. Parking lot is always so full people double park each other and the street parking is none existent also. By the time I find street parking I’m either closer to Qdoba or Illegal Pete’s, which both have their own big parking lots you don’t need street parking, that I don’t even consider this chipotle an option. If your employees are filling that lot how do you expect to have customers?
Parking: It’s right next to building so everyone that lives there street parks and there lot is always full!

Consistently small portion sizes. Lot less value for your meal at this location versus others around Denver. Staff are very pleasant and the restaurant is clean but again the portion sizes are 1/3 smaller than any other chipotle I’ve ever been too.

This is hands down the worst chipotle location in Denver. I’ve been in several times and it’s always the same: Rude and standoffish employees, no clean tables to sit at, mushy/old food, stale chips, and they forget to include salad dressing for the salad bowls (literally every time). I stopped going to this location and tried another one, but it wasn’t much better. It’s very unfortunate because I had great experiences at the Chipotle’s in Texas and other states.

Can we all agree this is the worst chipotle in the state? Parking is TERRIBLE, getting into the parking lot is TERRIBLE, the staff never keeps anything in stock. You are lucky to get an order with everything you want on it because the cooks are never working. Go to ANY other chipotle this spot is terrible

Not as good as usual right now. Food seems old and nothing is cooking in the kitchen. My burrito was all liquid from beans and safritas juice. The burrito wasn't even rolled correctly. Then it was rolled in the foil incorrectly too. Not the same without the boss lady here that is for sure. I need to learn her hours haha.
Made kids quesadillas without cheese for pick up order, how do you make a quesadilla and not put cheese in it? This is the third time it’s happened and I will not do another pick up order from this location. Please hirer staff who do not suck this bad or give more training.

The management here is severely lacking in professionalism. My daughter is in Denver for college and got hired at this location on site. She was told to be on the lookout for info about training. When she didn’t hear anything, she reached out to management. They had sent her an email stating she wasn’t hired. When my daughter told this person they shouldn’t tell someone they’re hired if they’re not and thanks, they replied “my pleasure :)”. Extremely condescending and unprofessional. It’s obvious why there are so many negative reviews about management at this location. Bad leadership leaks down to all employees. If you’re looking for employment, pass up this location.

Today I was in the mood for some barbacoa. come to find out there was none. Liz the manager was not willing to take out a new batch. I was very disappointed when I had to figure out something else I wanted rather than the barbacoa meat. L chipotle
