Walked in at 9:10. All 4 staff members were fully cleaning with the exception of 1 who was handling the only other guest in here. When they finished with the one guest, they continued to clean and totally ignore me, who was now the only guest in there. I stood there for 8 minutes. Then they all turned their attention to to go orders that had piled up while they focused on cleaning and continued to ignore me (again, the only person in here.) When they finally tended to me, I noticed that most of the meat was overcooked & dry. Also: Watched the guy in the back who grills the meat continuously scratching his head and the back of his neck, didn’t wash his hands- super gross. Probably won’t come back here.

Edit: I asked to speak to the manager and let him know that the employee was touching his hair & skin continuously & never washed his hands. He said “well, he’s not serving food right now.” I told him that as a manager of another food establishment, I know that it’s absolutely still against health code and looks bad to guest perception. Even if you’re not cooking, you’re cleaning and sanitizing cooking equipment, which you can’t do it properly with dirty hands?? Still creates physical contamination potential in a restaurant?? Didn’t seem to care, but hey, probably doesn’t get paid enough to. Def won’t be back to this one

I need to just stop trying to give this chipotle another chance.. the chicken is ALWAYS too fatty, I always end up with a gross pile of fat which means I only get to eat about half the chicken. The rice is consistently either undercooked or so over cooked it’s a pile of mush. Chipotle is my favorite fast food so I guess I need to just venture further to get to a better location. And for the record, I’ve tried reaching out directly to them numerous times and never hear back (I always get it to go so am never able to let them know in store, not that they’d care) So here’s my honest review!!

The sodium content in the chicken bowl was off the charts ridiculous! Made the meal completely inedible. I also found pieces of gristle, avocado stems and peel too. Total waste of money. The quality of Chipotle’s product has dropped dramatically. Absolutely awful!

I know its a scoop but the women really choose how much they serve each customer. The way they get upset over someone asking for a bit more is wild. I asked for an extra dressing for my salad and was told she only had 4 left and didnt give me but one. I had rewards chips and wasn't even given those I had to ask 2 times. Cashier rushed me out.

Not satisfied to say the least. I got a bowl and the lady serving was very skimpy on the protein. It’s like I understand Chipotle has a rule of the amount, but the amount I received was like ridiculous and I ask for more and I’m wrong? Then I am paying finishing up, the guy just gives me my bowl and doesn’t even fold the aluminum part nor gives me a bag so I had to ask for one and fold it myself.

I live like 7 minutes from the restaurant. Why was my FOOD COLD like it was sitting in a refrigerator. Couldn’t even eat it, I’m pretty sure folks can get sick from that. I had to warm it up myself. Come on.

Rude staff. I waited for 5 minutes while they made online orders. They ran out of salad dressing and spoke to me like an idiot for not hearing them that they had. Team should learn the words “I’m sorry” and stop taking their frustrations out on the people that come into their restaurant

Typical Chipotle experience. Some tables were dirty, limiting seating. The worst part about this location is the parking situation...absoultely horrible. On our latest visit, the music in the restaurant was drowned out by the music from the kitchen. Extemely loud and unpleasant atmosphere to dine in.
