First time back to chipotle in months. Forgot just how tiny these burritos are. They are skimpy wimpy. If I wanted to eat 500 calories I would go get a salad somewhere. Pay $1 more at doba or Pete’s and get 50% more food

Staff isn’t super friendly and they won’t give you vinaigrette unless you order a salad. Portions seem to be smaller there as well.

Unacceptable customer service.

I attempted to order a kids quesadilla. Staff said they had no kids-size tortillas and refused to make it, even with a regular tortilla. When I asked for a manager, I was given the cashier instead.

The cashier agreed to charge the kids price since kids tortillas were unavailable. During preparation, I politely asked for less cheese, which was adjusted. The employee then folded the quesadilla without offering protein, so I had to stop her to ask for it.

At that point, the manager accused me of being rude and kicked me out of the store. I remained calm the entire time. Even the customer behind me was appalled by how I was treated.

Shortages happen. Poor management and disrespectful behavior toward paying customers should not.

On Monday the 8th between 4:40pm-4:50pm, I had my first bad experience at Chipotle ever. My girlfriend and I could only see one employee working with red hair. She was quick, kind, and efficient at preparing our food. However, the lady ringing us up was down right rude! She first said our order was roughly 40+ plus dollars… when asked “Hmm that doesn’t sound right,” she replied, “you both got double meat,” I kindly responded saying, “No ma’am only one of us got double meat,” and the nice lady with the red hair confirmed what she wrote on the bowls. The lady at register did not give us a receipt to check if she made the error, and did not even hand over the bag of food… we paused waiting for her to hand to us for about 30 seconds. The I grabbed the bag, and exited the store. She could’ve at least gestured for us to grab it. I was deeply offended. I understand they were short staffed, however this was unacceptable! Kiddos to the lady with red hair for doing a great job, but whoever was working register was terrible for no reason.

Walked in at 9:10. All 4 staff members were fully cleaning with the exception of 1 who was handling the only other guest in here. When they finished with the one guest, they continued to clean and totally ignore me, who was now the only guest in there. I stood there for 8 minutes. Then they all turned their attention to to go orders that had piled up while they focused on cleaning and continued to ignore me (again, the only person in here.) When they finally tended to me, I noticed that most of the meat was overcooked & dry. Also: Watched the guy in the back who grills the meat continuously scratching his head and the back of his neck, didn’t wash his hands- super gross. Probably won’t come back here.

Edit: I asked to speak to the manager and let him know that the employee was touching his hair & skin continuously & never washed his hands. He said “well, he’s not serving food right now.” I told him that as a manager of another food establishment, I know that it’s absolutely still against health code and looks bad to guest perception. Even if you’re not cooking, you’re cleaning and sanitizing cooking equipment, which you can’t do it properly with dirty hands?? Still creates physical contamination potential in a restaurant?? Didn’t seem to care, but hey, probably doesn’t get paid enough to. Def won’t be back to this one

I need to just stop trying to give this chipotle another chance.. the chicken is ALWAYS too fatty, I always end up with a gross pile of fat which means I only get to eat about half the chicken. The rice is consistently either undercooked or so over cooked it’s a pile of mush. Chipotle is my favorite fast food so I guess I need to just venture further to get to a better location. And for the record, I’ve tried reaching out directly to them numerous times and never hear back (I always get it to go so am never able to let them know in store, not that they’d care) So here’s my honest review!!

The sodium content in the chicken bowl was off the charts ridiculous! Made the meal completely inedible. I also found pieces of gristle, avocado stems and peel too. Total waste of money. The quality of Chipotle’s product has dropped dramatically. Absolutely awful!

I know its a scoop but the women really choose how much they serve each customer. The way they get upset over someone asking for a bit more is wild. I asked for an extra dressing for my salad and was told she only had 4 left and didnt give me but one. I had rewards chips and wasn't even given those I had to ask 2 times. Cashier rushed me out.
