Chivis Tacos is a MUST! When I first entered the place I was welcomed with a warm smile and very genuine service. Each team member showed very genuine service and always brought it with a smile. I noticed everyone in the restaurant seemed to feel the same way I did about the service and also the delicious food. Not to mention... the place smells like heaven on earth! đ Last but not least, I really appreciate how clean the entire place was. That's a BIG thing for my family and I when we go out.

The menudo was a standout, perfectly balanced and rich in flavor. One unique highlight was their torta bread, toasted with a special spread that added an extraordinary layer of tasteâa touch you donât find in many places. The tacos de papa were simply delightful, and the birria was bursting with depth and savoriness. Another must-try are the chicken flautas, which delivered a satisfying crunch, were generously filled with chicken, and paired beautifully with their savory salsa and crema.
This spot is a gem, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking authentic and flavorful mexican dishes.

Couldnt wait for this spot. Right in the neighborhood. Just got a steak burrito that slaaaaaapped. Friendly, welcoming, i will be in there tomorrow and the day after that to get me some breakfast burritos. 10/10

I hadnât ever been to the Chivis truck, but since I live 5 minutes away from the brick and mortar location Iâve been eagerly awaiting its opening. Lemme tell ya, I wasnât disappointed. I had the birria tacos, which were EXCELLENT, served with side of literally perfect consomĂ©, and the tacos de papa, which are kind of hard to find in Denver. They blew my mind. Donât forget to grab a side of the homemade pickled onions + jalapeños â theyâre incredible. I feel like growing up in Austin made me a bit of a taco snob, but I honestly couldnât be happier to have Chivis in the neighborhood.
