Asian Fusion. A great food type that is often seen close to the top of recommended places and restaurants in major cities. Cholon is no different. Stopping here for dinner we treated the menu you like a sort of tapas offering. (doing this is IMO the best way to attack a asian fusion eating experience). I love the food here. However service this night was incredibly slow. My friends and I waited for a while to order. Food came pretty quick, but then our server was no where to be found when drinks or possible dessert were wanted.
