"The brussels sprouts were amazing"...said no one ever. Until we came to ChoLon for restaurant week.

Both soup dumplings, egg rolls, Malaysian noodles with waygu beef...all very good. But the star for us were the brussels sprouts. Never tasted anything like them before! They were simply riveting. We plan to return and order a plate or two of just this!

Parking: This is in the parking lot of King Soopers. On one hand, parking is available. But if you are coming at dinner time, you're competing with everyone stopping at the store on their way home.

Can't say enough about this place. The wife and I checked out the downtown location an Valentine's Day. We loved it so much we tried the central park location for her birthday. The manager was the best. She was so helpful in getting us a party if seven in during Denver restaurant week. The server was exceptional as was the food.

server seemed less than interested in our table. maybe because it was crazy with restaurant week?

I couldn't let Denver Restaurant Week get by us. The only reservation I could get was the last night. The menu was outstanding. It was somewhat set, but still several choices. All the food was up to the mighty fine quality we always experience. We did learn that ChoLon CP, as such, is closing. After a remodeling, it will become Yum Cha, like the one downtown. I love the food there, but we have loved having ChoLon CP so close to us in Aurora.

Horrible experience and we never even made it inside. Location was supposed to open at 330pm according to Google. We got there a few mins after 330 and what seems to be the manager came out and just stated "we aren't opening until 4 and it's only restaurant week menu" and closed the door quickly and didn't offer an apology or explanation. I've been to this location before and never had issues but this was enough to never go back.

The food was outstanding! Their Denver restaurant week menu was an incredible value for the price. One of the best meals I've had in a long time!

There are no better dumplings on the planet - or at least in Denver - than the myriad of choices at Cho Lon.

The food was fantastic! The four starters - wow! Very creative and tasty. We wanted to try more than 1 entree, so we did! Had the noodles with shrimp and pork vindaloo. Both delightful and filling, and then we had the donuts for dessert. Nice end to the meal. If you can't make it to the Central Park location, definitely try it in downtown Denver, and soon enough at the airport in Terminal C. This was our 3rd Restaurant Week meal, and by far, the best!

Great food and good service. My only negative was that they seemed overwhelmed for Denver Restaurant Week. Probably just a little understaffed but they still ended up seating us and feeding us some very good food. We would definitely go back.

Cholon was fabulous and I'm so sad they are closing at this location. We ordered the shumai, French onion soup dumplings, Brussels, noodles with beef and doughnuts. The cocktails were amazing and wine list interesting.

I wish restaurant week was a bit of a better deal- especially considering the $30 unlimited soup dumplings Tuesday- but It was a delicious, wonderful dinner where we got to try very much the best of! Service was interesting- lots of people servicing all tables- and everything came timely. Delicious way to try ChoLon!

Everything was delicious. Went for restaurant week so I suppose not as pricey as it could have been, but very happy with everything we got. Loved the toast, French onion soup dumplings, the Malaysian noodles (added Waygu beef) which was a little spicy but we had a side of roti and it was perfect, and the Vietnamese coffee ice cream with donuts. The donuts didn't taste like coffee at all for those who do not enjoy coffee The everything everywhere all at once and the Vietnamese iced coffee martini were both very good. Not too alcohol forward Server was good, made good suggestions.
