The dumplings are pretty good, but the chili oil is some of the best I’ve ever had, which they make in house. The girl who works the register is professional and efficient, and they are relatively quick with the food. Btw you can purchase a 16oz container of chili oil for $5 it’s lit

Tasty, simple food -- a good introduction to dumplings for non-Asians. I had the Soup Dumplings, which really do have soup in them! (And also tasty pork filling.)

The food was prepared well and tasted great. I only wish I found this place earlier so I could have enjoyed it more before leaving the area. I will definitely be back when in the area again.

Incredible bowl of Dandan Noodles
I'm from NY in Denver for a conference, so we stopped in on a whim. I am so glad we did. The staff was helpful and welcoming. My wife asked for a fork (I'm bad at chop sticking) and the chef put a glove on to hand us one. Restaurant is very clean. Now the food... I ordered the DanDan Noodles, which I've never had before. WOW was it good, I'm only here for 3 days but I am going back to get that again. I was so full halfway through my meal, but I could not stop eating it. My wife ordered the vegan steamed buns, she said they were amazing. This is the first food review I've ever left, that's how much I liked this place. Highly recommend!!

It’s a little narrow shop downtown so seats can be hard to find during certain times of day. But the food is great. The stuff that’s supposed to be spicy is actually spicy. Plus veggie options for that one friend or coworker.

This is one of the few places in the area with a sizeable number of vegetarian options. I went there mainly because of that, but one bite into the food and I knew I had made the right decision! The dan dan noodles were heavenly. The waiter even offered us a complimentary salad which was delicious. The staff are very polite, friendly, and sweet. They really make you feel at home and the restaurant warm and inviting. This was my first proper meal in Denver and no other place came close to Chopstickers over the next few days that I spent there.
Excellent!

#6 Chopsticks is too basic! Their potstickers are only offered as 1 choice of meat. 12 are offered but not able to mix the chicken, pork or beef as your protein choice. I wanted 4 of each but it was a big “NO”.
Also, their sign shows a red sauce as a dipper. It looks thick & very red while the sauce on the table was a flavored oil & very thin sauce. They also just have soy sauce vs. some other sauce choices like yum yum or another alternate choice. Food was edible but worst customer service & preference to customer’s choices!
