Food was very average and expensive (each dish is $5-$10 cheaper at locations in other cities). They weren’t prepared to handle even the most common food allergies and the servers were nice but I am not sure they were set up to succeed. Overall, I don’t think this place stands out against other new American options in Denver, if New American really ever stands out at all.

45 minutes to get a drink once sat. Empty room. This is a picture of their $150 ribeye. It was so loud we couldn’t hear people order and the waitress let everyone order the same potatoes to share. Totally ridiculous.

My kiddo and I came here for the first time for their Thanksgiving dinner and it was a fun experience but I wouldn’t go back. It looked like a much larger restaurant from the photos and I found the upper level to be too noisy and crowded. It was a holiday I understand but even if it wasn’t, there’s just not much room up there. I was SO happy we got seated downstairs and loved the atmosphere there. The bartender and our waiter went past above and beyond. The turkey was phenomenal and so was the soup but everything else was hit and miss. For the money it was a great value not to cook a full feast for two of us. The noise level upstairs, lack of space, and only parts of a meal being good are why I wouldn’t go back. The staff was all phenomenal and a huge shout out to them.

Was here about a month ago with a party of 12 on a weeknight.
Meal took over 4 hours from start to finish, service was hectic and slow. They completely forgot about one of our entrees. A friend and I were splitting a bottle of wine they brought us the incorrect order/wine 3x.
The food was good but I had the “cowboy t-bone” and got 1/2 the amount of meat that should come with that cut and am shocked it was $150 with no sides included. I maybe would have paid $60 for that portion size and wish I had asked more questions before ordering.
When we asked for the bill we were then informed that they would not allow us separate checks or to use more than 2 forms of payment. It’s 2024, every POS has the ability to split checks or take multiple forms of payment and this should have been information given when the reservation was made or at least when we sat down in the first place.
I think they are newer to Denver and I understand that when opening a new place there are kinks that need to be worked out.
Because 85% of the food we had was great I will most likely try it out again.

Tasty new place around the corner from Union Station. The fried chicken entree was huge! Way more than what one person can eat and the skin was a bit too dry for my taste. Surprisingly the ravioli is their biggest entree while Beast Loaf (meatloaf) was on the smaller side.

If I could give this spot ten stars I would. We absolutely loved our food and the service was beyond comparison. Stefani was our tender at the bar for brunch and she was the absolute bomb, best drinks and best food also. I highly recommend this spot, best espresso martini we've ever had also. I can't say enough great things about the food quality and service, will always come back when I'm in Denver. OMG!

I was excited to check out this new spot in Denver. We were very underwhelmed by the food. Initially my filet mignon steak was overcooked, they were quick to attempt to remedy but then came back with an undercooked very fatty piece of meat. I also ordered the carrots, they came out after my second steak and were also undercooked.
When the server brought the carrots he dropped one on the table, he proceeded to pick the carrot up with his hands and placed it back on the plate!
The other meals ordered were just ok. They were overpriced for the quality and overall it was a disappointing experience.
The atmosphere was great. We were downstairs where it was more private and quiet which made it great for conversation.

Came here for the first time with a friend, got the Anagotti starter which is phenomenal. Then we each got the wagyu flank which was cooked to perfection room with some type of glaze sauce which I normally wouldn't use but this one was amazing. Also got the mushrooms and potatoes, and they were great. Server Sophia was very outgoing and answered all questions and even got us to get expresso martinis which were delish. Pics to see
Really great food and drinks. Accommodating and knowledgable staff. Very pleasant atmosphere as well. Can get noisy when it’s busy just like anywhere, but my partner and I had a great experience here!

This place has such a great vibe! Drinks were good and the bartender was super nice and engaging. The food was good but a bit rich for me. I ordered a salad to complement the meatballs hoping for some fresh greens, but it was saturated with some creamy dressing so did not fulfill its purpose.
The portions are also huge so it’s difficult to order a variety of things if you are a single person eating here. I ordered a “side” of mushrooms (which were delicious) and there must have been 2 pounds. Would be great with a group of 6 or more then you could order a variety of things, but even a group of 4 could realistically only get a few things unless you are prepared to take an entire bag of leftovers.

Husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant for a quick drink and were blown away! Started with some cocktails that were so well defined, and then were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary homemade hummus and chips appetizer. Ended with touring the lower level with the amazing bartender whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, but delighted with the artwork! Can not wait to come back to try the food and have some amazing drinks!
