The atmosphere was quite pleasant and enjoyable and the staff were extremely attentive and courteous. The selection of drinks and cigars on the menu exceeded my expectations, making it a place where one can spend time with real pleasure. However, some of the seating areas appeared worn and the ventilation could have been better. A bit of thoughtful renovation would elevate Churchill Bar to a level more befitting the Brown Hotel's distinguished, historic and elegant character. Nevertheless, with its ambiance and quality of service, it remains a highly recommendable venue.

Not the bar, but the atrium for high tea. Great service, excellent food at a stupid expensive price. Live piano in a very calming atmosphere,

Great historical vibe, decor, and experience. Comfortable seating but all the comfy couches are Reserved and empty. Excellent staff. But a bit busy will inventory of cigars. Great drinks. Classic. Very smoky. When we left, we reeked and it took a day to clear out my lungs. I have asthma, my coice to go for my husband. A place he wanted to visit. We had a great time checking out all the details. Men smoking.

Not open. No advance warning from hotel. Hotel is not worth the money on its own. Overpriced, mediocre food, peeling paint.
Great place for a cigar.

As a cigar enthusiast, I thought this was a must-visit location. I was considering a membership either here or another location. They just let homeless people off the tmstreer come in and smoke cigarettes. The #1 UNIVERSAL CIGAR BAR RULE - No cigarettes!!! This is a 4-star hotel, and the room was clammed with cigarette smoke. People were not even interested in cigars or even drinking for that matter. It's just a place to jump off 17th and have cigarette in the warmth. I thought no matter what, I'd be signing a membership. There is absolutely no way. If you like cigars, their selection is VERY limited. Almost nothing. I'm very disappointed.
Also, their room was almost empty, but every table except 2 were reserved. When we left 2 hours later, only 3 tables were full. Do they get reserved all day until someone comes at 9pm?
Just not a great experience.
Only good thing was your bartenders ability to make an amazing penicillin. He was awesome and the service was great. Food, eh.
Sorry, I won't be back. Step up your game as a real cigar bar, and you'll attract the proper clientele. Keep allowing people to walk in and smoke cigarettes while standing and drinking a Coors at the bar, and I will never be back, and neither will any respectable cigar enthusiast. This isn't Dennys in the 90's. Stop encouraging people to treat it that way.
