The lady could not care less that we were there kept saying huh and she got my husband's drink order wrong he ordered a Fanta and then she turned around said what do you want and we just ended up getting a sprite. Chicken was good service not great. She also gave my husband a what do you want now look when he asked her to unlock the bathroom.

My order didn’t come out right, they forgot my jalapeno, the macaroni was way over cooked and therefore mushy, but the chicken was juicy and tender. Won’t be back sadly.

I ordered 10pcs spicy chicken. And gave me 8PCS CLASSIC. And charged me for the price of 10pcs chicken. Very dry and burned, tastes old oil. 👎

Either my taste buds have changed or the food is nowhere as good as it used to be. The customer service was terrible. We ordered combo meals and because they ran out of the cups that come with the combo meals, they wanted to change me an extra .99 cents for a larger size. Because of the strong accent and fast talking I almost didn’t catch it. “So let me get this straight,” I asked, “because YOU ran out of the small cups that come with the combo meals, you want to charge ME extra for a large drink? No, that’s not how it works.” Needless to say, I didn’t pay extra for their problem.

Ordered the 4 piece white meat combo meal for 14.99 ... Nothing more other than made it a large drink was charged 22 and some change not to mention got legs and thighs and they were cooked bone dry until there was hardly any meat on the bone ..
