This place is horrible.. My mini cinnamon roll was so hard. The Indian man working was talking on his personal phone while I was ordering and rude when I asked questions. Worst place to go.

I placed an order online for two drinks and some rolls. When I arrived, they had nothing. They didn't have any hot drinks, not for up to 45 minutes, and the same with the rolls, which would take up to 30 minutes. It seems illogical that they only had cold drinks in winter, when it was 33°F outside. I couldn't cancel the order through the app. The store employee ended up giving me whatever he wanted, and I didn't leave with what I had ordered. For a store in a busy commercial area on a weekend, I think their operation is unacceptable.

It opens at 10, but don't expect to get anything until after 1030. Even after that the cinnamon bun was quite disappointing not like they used to make them. I assume due to cost cutting measures. Just don't bother.

Stay away. Food is stale and not made fresh daily and they resell old food. Save yourself the disappointment and drive to the location in Cherry Creek. The employees aren’t friendly or welcoming, acts as though they’re being bothered when customers walk in. Would give zero stars if that was an option.
Very unprepared. Both times I came in, both times there was no food prepared despite not being busy. Only ever one employee on shift and the auntie Anne's side was completely closed. We ordered 30 mins in advance but were forced to stand and wait for 15 mins for our food to be prepared infront of us.

Just physically saw a female employee wipe her nose with both gloved hands and handle the cinnamon buns. We ordered a combo 4 pack and waited 10-15 minutes for this female employee to get our item with only one other person in the store. She gave us the incorrect product and then handled said cinnamon buns with the same gloves on that she wiped her nose with.
