Very unprepared. Both times I came in, both times there was no food prepared despite not being busy. Only ever one employee on shift and the auntie Anne's side was completely closed. We ordered 30 mins in advance but were forced to stand and wait for 15 mins for our food to be prepared infront of us.

Just physically saw a female employee wipe her nose with both gloved hands and handle the cinnamon buns.
We ordered a combo 4 pack and waited 10-15 minutes for this female employee to get our item with only one other person in the store. She gave us the incorrect product and then handled said cinnamon buns with the same gloves on that she wiped her nose with.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location, TWICE, and I can’t recommend it. The first time I asked for a fresh cinnamon roll because the ones on display looked old. The employee consulted with another staff member (possibly the manager), the employee told me to come back in ~45 minutes for fresh ones. When I returned, they hadn’t made any fresh cinnamon rolls, wasting my time. While they did offer the next one free, no effort was made to record my name or number. On my second visit, I ordered two caramel pecan cinnamon rolls from a fresh batch. Unfortunately, I didn’t check my order before leaving, and when I got home the next day, I found it was the incorrect order. I’m now struggling to get a refund. This location is unorganized, doesn’t pay attention to details, and lacks consistency. I’d recommend going to the Cherry Creek or Aurora Mall locations instead.

This place has got to be the most disorganized, and unprepared, Cinnabon I have been to. I'm an American, so I have been to plenty!Upon arrival, they waited til someone finally ordered a classic roll to, and I mean this literally, put the next batch of them into the oven and stated to us we had to wait thirty minutes.So it left us a few options to get immediately, cause they only had the minis on hand, along with some churro-looking boogers. So I got the mini-bon.The store was so small to even enjoy it cause the heat was a constant in the dining area too, so we had to eat outside. A mess all around.
