I didn't catch if it was Elvira or Elyra... but this chick ROCKS!
I watched as she was more than capable of working through a suddenly formed and impatient line at this location, effectively leveraging her skills in her role here effortlessly!
plus her personality n customer service skills had everyone grinning before they even stepped up to order!
Love Cinnabon!! Five Stars ⭐ to this location! One of the better ones!

Good cinnamon buns in shopping mall food court. They have various sizes; the original is too large for me, but the minibon size is just right for a snack break in the mall. It's ooey cinnamon and tasty. They have various topping options, but I prefer just the basic cinnamon roll.
Service was fast and friendly. There's seating in the mall by the play area and more a little further away.
The paid parking garage provides plenty of parking space.

I went to cinnamon and politely asked the attendant Judi if I might have a glass of water. She was incredibly rude and said I'm not giving you water. Unless you buy something. I might have bought something. I was looking at their menu. But after the way Judi was so rude to me I'm not going to either buy something now or anytime in the future at this cinnabon. There are a lot of food choices in the Cherry Creek Mall, I would suggest that you eat somewhere where they treat people with respect and meet not order from cinnabon.

Just got snapped on by the manager. Borderline assault tbh. All I asked was for someone who speaks English and I was called racists. I am a Puerto Rican who first language is Spanish but prefer to speak English due to my grammatical errors in my Spanish. I was not trying to be rude I just want someone that can communicate with. Which led to a huge commotion and her going crazy. For corporate location who has been on undercover Boss I find it crazy that the stuff is still going on. What's even the point of the show.
