Enjoyed a burger with fries, and it was delicious!
Great food! They keep the menu interesting. You really can't go wrong with anything here!
Seriously some of the best food I've had from a truck in Denver.
Genuinely one of the best food trucks in Denver, absolutely incredible flavors & fresh ingredients. We'll be back again & again
Found this food truck at green mountain brewery. It was absolutely fire emoji.
The owner was nice and told me about how he made the cucumber salad, bc it was remarkable. Great sauces.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Lacks hospitality and serves cold food. Had an experience yesterday that was just sad. Surprised this truck is still in business honestly. Great ranch tho.
tater tots, brussel sprouts and gnocci were all amazing!
This food truck is better than most brick and mortar restaurants. The steak was perfectly cooked, the tater tots were incredible, and we enjoyed every bite!
Seasonal menu but good lord the food was honestly some the best I have had in Denver. Had the pork chop sandwich and the tater tots (don’t be fooled it’s not standard tater tots) which are basically deep fried mash potato balls that are super deep in flavor and every bite is a joy. Highly recommend this place if it is by you. It was at Resolute Brewery in Arvada when I went.
Food was good, but the guy running the truck was rude. Apparently it’s ok to be rude and dismissive to a woman that asks a question about the menu. Not ok.

Not going to lie, this place is pricey, but I am in LOVE with the food.
The $20 entrees are small (by American standards), but an incredibly tasty experience. I loved the Baja steak (sans avocado) and the summer Gnocchi and would repeat either. The wings had a great fried crisp to the skin and the sauce was so good. The burger was delicious, and the tots were nicely seasoned. Our only complaint across multiple visits was with the Fried Chicken Ceaser Sandwich. While the chicken was moist and perfectly seasoned and crispy, the thigh wasn't pounded out, so there was no chicken over about 1/4 of the bun. The overall flavor profile was pretty well balanced, although the bacon jam was a little too sweet for my preference. Everything else has been on point. Overall still worth trying it out!
Absolutely recommend you try them out.

Rude. Inflexible. Collected money and provided zero service. One kudo to them, they did lower their min for a food truck for the memorial of an important poet and author in the Denver Community, but they were absolutely unwilling to serve anyone when they were ready to eat because there's a 3 hour limit? Or something like that. They were rude to people and took their annoyance out on people who were just there for the service. We should have booked them for a later time slot, but we didn't know! We were trying to accommodate guests before, after and during a memorial service. Turned out, everyone wanted to eat AFTER the service. They wouldn't serv people and were so rude about it! Also, I will say that beyond the truck there wasn't any set up for guests to even know it was there. Signs? Awning? Chairs? Nope. Just a guy sitting on the stairs of a food truck looking pissed off and that was at 5:30PM. Way before 8PM when he rolled off. Not inviting at all.
