Seasonal menu but good lord the food was honestly some the best I have had in Denver. Had the pork chop sandwich and the tater tots (don’t be fooled it’s not standard tater tots) which are basically deep fried mash potato balls that are super deep in flavor and every bite is a joy. Highly recommend this place if it is by you. It was at Resolute Brewery in Arvada when I went.
Not going to lie, this place is pricey, but I am in LOVE with the food.
The $20 entrees are small (by American standards), but an incredibly tasty experience. I loved the Baja steak (sans avocado) and the summer Gnocchi and would repeat either. The wings had a great fried crisp to the skin and the sauce was so good. The burger was delicious, and the tots were nicely seasoned.
