First of all, the customer service is pretty bad. 2 young girls were working but I do not think they have never been trained for working there.
That would be the reasons why the pho taste was so bad. Noodle, soup, ingredients, everything are bad. Especially, a pho usually includes a lots of bean sprouts on top but there were only a couple of them with my pho.
Since City Pho is located at the airport. I do not expect high quality but this is not worth to pay $17. You should be ready for regretting of yourself if you stop by City Pho.

Denver airport’s hidden gem! This unassuming and quiet facade on the upper level of Terminal B has a simple signage, but amazing food! As a foodie who appreciates good Asian food, I highly recommend the tuna poke bowl at City Pho. It’s a little pricey, but considering there’s always an up charge at airports, I think it was well worth it!

Food was good enough, when they have it. When they are out of something you ha e ordered, they can only do a manual paper credit back to.your credit card, which takes 5 days to process. I will avoid them in the future.

The pho had less flavor than artificial instant pho. And they give you just two tiny slices of meat. Worst pho I’ve ever had.

17.00 for a tepid bowl of soup and the nerve to ask for a tip when all they do is plop cold noodles in. Have to order at a kiosk.

Definitely better than a 1.5 star place. Service was disjointed but friendly. The pho was good and presented a welcomed diversion from typical airport fare.

Pho : broth didn’t taste like pho broth and more so a box beef broth. Few toppings: cilantro, bean sprouts, scallions, few noodles

Shrimp summer roll: the rolls were extremely cold and I’m guessing that’s the only reason why they tasted odd? I couldn’t even finish one.

Banh Mi sandwich had no Banh Mi flavor. Felt more like a sad coleslaw sandwich. Service was nice and fast though.

Ordered here since it had the shortest queue, in retrospect this is an indication that I overlooked.

Bah mi was tasteless and the staff was clearly disorganized

Came in today. The management here is very suspicious and strange, the quality of pho ingredients aren’t great and they don’t even put All the veggies marketed on the menu in the photo ( they were missing basil, lime, bean sprouts and didn’t tell you until you started eating your food). Still charged full price. Wouldn’t come here again

I hope you read reviews before. Unfortunately, I did not. We ordered the beef pho( no flavor. Broth tasted like warm tap water), spring rolls were just ok. Not enough peanut sauce for 2 rolls. Would never eat here again.
