Let me tell you about a sweet little neighborhood gem. We had a wonderful birthday dinner here, with fire-roasted mushrooms, sea bass, potatoes, salad and veg. Wonderful wine, cocktails and service that was homey, warm, and inviting. Please don't miss this place! It's amazing!

Been feeling very uninspired by the food scene in Denver as of late, but this place gave me some hope and was incredible! The tartar was the best I’ve had in Denver and all the wood fired flavors were amazing. Service was top notch and everything from the kitchen and the bar are made with a lot of thought and creativity. I will definitely be back.

Had a fabulous meal at Clairette last week. Both EJ and Britta made our visit so enjoyable. The “mushrooms three ways” was off the charts, as was the butterflied trout with chili glaze. Yummy cocktails too. Loved the French vibe. Highly recommend!

This is a GEM that we stumbled upon. We sat at the beautiful bar, shared some small plates (I will think of that charred halumi for the rest of my life) and drank some delicious and creative- but not fussy - cocktails. We will definitely come back. Hats off to the incredible chef who ethically prepares dishes to use all of the “extra” ingredients in the kitchen - like transforming leftover herbs that were doomed for compost into a bright and herby mustard to compliment the tartare.

You know when you're confused about the ratings at a restaurant because your experience was so subpar? I really hate to leave bad reviews but the burger was so dry and tasteless, they didn't have ketchup or any aioli at all for me to improve it, the potatoes were too soft and covered in a sauce (now that i think of it, why didn't they offer me that for my burger?) they had one type of IPA & after giving my friend and I two cans of it, they were out. I honestly didn't even want to pay for my meal at the end and I ended up having another entire meal directly after.

I'm seriously in love with this place!!!! It's in the perfect spot in Washington Park and the decor is sooooo cute! I love the details that they put into the decor. It's fun and floral. Perfect for a date night or a girl's night out. From the moment we walked into the space we knew we were in good hands. The wait staff was so attentive and we Even got to meet the chef!!!! It's a wood fire concept so everything on the menu is cooked by wood fire!!!! It gives it a very unique flavor that you can't get anywhere else. What I loved most about the restaurant is that they said that they're a no waste restaurant!! So they have very unique ways to use all their food and not let it go to waste! Their salad was out of this world. It's now hands down our favorite salad in Denver. I loved their steak and vegetable medley. Their cocktails are STRONG too!!! Overall it's a wonderful place and I honestly can't wait to go back!!

Came in tonight, our server Maya suggested trying the expierence. We had the head chef and the manager create our entire meal with cocktails that paired with each dish. It was AMAZING. Every single dish was delicious and the cocktails were a true pairing that complemented every plate. The service was outstanding, very personable, knowledgeable, and you can tell everyone really cares about everything they do. Came in with my friend but this is the perfect date night spot, cannot wait to come back! Thank you Maya, Jeff, and EJ!
