We are visiting Denver and were looking for a lunch spot with a good Reuben. We found Classic Eats and after reading the reviews thought we’d give it a try. It was probably the best Reuben I’ve had in years! It was big, meaty and perfectly balanced with all the other toppings. A must try if you love Reubens! There is some road construction going on right now, so parking is a bit more challenging, but worth any little walk you may have. The owner was great and so nice.

I've lived in New York and my whole family is from there. Growing up in Colorado, it's virtually impossible to get a good quality balanced and delicious deli sandwich. However, walking into this restaurant, feels like I'm in the big city. Perfectly balanced flavors, delicious high quality bread and meat. A must stop if your looking for the best sandwich in Denver, or in my experience Colorado. Must eat here!!!

wow I was impressed with the 2 sandwiches we ordered. Club sandwich was delicious and filled to the brim with quality deli meat. the bada bing was delicious and the dressing was great!
