Outstanding! My clients and I attended a 5 course, wine tasting dinner at Cody's. The atmosphere was casually chic and the wine was wonderful but the FOOD... 100%+++. Ahi, lobster, ribs and lamb each created in Over The Top ways that were both unique and Delicious! Chef Sue is a hidden 💎. Her culinary skills rival the best. Cody's is in a strip mall of of Iliff. Don't let that detour you from a food experience that will bring you back again with friends and family! Try it

A nice romantic spot. Good jazz music played as we ate crispy wontons, mushroom pizza with white sauce and a chicken pesto sandwich. Clearly chef owner establishment were because the attention to detail and the quality of the dishes stood out. Great lunch or dinner date spot.

I took my date to Cody's, what a great experience. I've known these wonderful folks for years through their other restaurant Bettola Bistro. They have the best of the best front of house staff with wonderful service, attention, charm, and knowledge of the menu, wine, and cocktails. Andy and Josh served us and they were spot on. Jen's Negroni was just right. And Sue's creations from the kitchen are a wonderful combination of old world and fusion... all simply focused on delicious. Cody's is focused on affordability but you get all of the balance and unique flavors you would expect from a chef who enjoys the art of food. I had a burger and Jen had a microgreen shrimp salad. Then we followed that with a tempura. I'm a burger snob and this burger was great. It had a nice bacon-onion jam and mixed greens. The sauce was there to compliment the meat, not hide it. Very nicely balanced flavors and a very tasty burger. Jen said the salad was delicious (I'm allergic to shrimp, but not terribly, so I didn't taste it). After that we shared the tempura. That's the best tempura I've ever had. The batter itself was delicious, like... really. And it had a super delicate texture, just a super mouth feel. And I could still taste the vegetable inside. Wow, nice.
I didn't get a chance to try the pizza... I'm going back for the pizza. Last time I had one of Sue's pizza I was very impressed (that was a 'fusion' pizza and Sue had made an Asian lemon grass sausage to put on it... nice). I'm looking forward to trying the pizza on the menu. I've come to trust that the balance of flavors will be there and hat the ingredients will be picked for quality and flavor. I trust these folks, they're about their business. It's a treat to have that available to me.

Came for lunch at aboout 11:45 on a Saturday, but the doors were locked and it was dark inside. Disappointing, but will try again another day. Have returned twice during supposed open hours and it is closed.
Italian & Asian fusion is apparently a fantastic idea! I had a sausage and pepper dish that seemed very Italian, tossed in an Asian peanut sauce, and it was probably one of the finest dishes I've had! this place is fairly small and family operated, giving it a very homey, comfortable feel. I highly recommend Cody's!

What an incredible experience! Don’t let the outside fool you. From the moment you step in the door you will have an incredible culinary experience in a relaxed atmosphere. The service was top! Chef’s Asian and Italian fusion creations are like nothing I have ever had before. And the recommended wine choices were perfect! I hosted a large group who said “a 15 out of 10” “ such unexpected amazing flavors like I have never had before”. “The staff really delivered an experience, not just a meal”a few favorites- black cod with dried cherry Shiraz over a black truffle asparagus ravioli; veal Osso bucco;5spice garlic shrimp; short rib lasagna. Honey cake and Panna cotta with berry red wine. And check out the sister restaurant a few doors down Bettola

Do not make the mistake of underestimating this place! Their food and service is performing on the level of the best restaurants in Denver. We had one of the best meals here we’ve had in a long time and we frequent all the trendiest, most hyped up places like el five, safta, and work and class. Do yourself a favor and get in now before they blow up and you can’t get a reservation for 6 months!
