Found this place by accident and after talking with the hostess, decided to try the tea and the tower with sweets and finger sandwiches. The service was exceptional, I especially from the main waitress. Pricey, but worth it with a great experience in a beautiful hotel space.

Christmas Tea is spot on! A little high in price, IMO, but you get what you pay for! Although the menu is deceiving for a large group. You pay $75 per person, and you get to pick a tea choice. However, when you go as a large group, you only get 3 or 4 teas, and you don't get a discount. But you are paying for the ambiance and company, I suppose. They do have GF option too

We stopped by the Brown Palace coffee shop and enjoyed sitting in the main lobby of the hotel to admire the architecture while we drank our coffee and ate our croissants. Note that this isn't a full sized coffee shop and is instead take-away only.

My friends and I returned for tea after enjoying previous visits. The ambiance was lovely as always and we had a lovely time together. However, the only hiccup came at the end of our time with a mix-up on the charges for each credit card. As we split the ticket, three ladies were overcharged and I was undercharged. The checks were adjusted by another server, however. We're hoping all comes out correctly in the next few days.

Too expensive for an average experience. The quality needs to be higher to match the price. Backed good we're not authentic. Just full of sugar with no taste. Far away from the European version.

Beautiful experience to share with good friends! Delicious food and tea. Service was excellent. Piano music was perfect and enjoyable. We met GM Matt he was so generous with his time sharing information about the hotel , its history and charm. Loved the experience!

We had our daughter's birthday here and they made it an amazing experience. Food was great atmosphere is the best. We have been to tea service at several 5 star hotels and in England and they beat them all!!
Such a fun and excellent experience! My mum and I came down from Montana for a concert and we had made reservations as we had heard they're very popular. The the ambiance was calming and the staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially our wonderful server, Hiwat. She was very friendly and accommodating and made our afternoon tea extremely enjoyable! Professionalism, kindness, food and service- above and beyond! We'll definitely be coming back next time :) Cheers!

Experience has gotten more expensive but otherwise remains the same. Best scones, meh sandwiches and hit miss desserts. Was empty today but normally ambiance is of a bustling hotel lobby.

Proper lemon curd is a tart lemon or lime goo balanced by the sweet and mellowed on the tongue by creamy butter. This is whipped and gelatinized or stableized, but the flavor isn't right. The gorgeous sandwiches -I liked the beans, mushrooms and beef - were lacking a bit of flavor and salt. A nice experience, pretty food, but missing the little extra Brown Palace finesse.
