Beautiful venue with excellent service and food. The perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. My daughters and I had a great time.

Brown Palace Tea for 3 was a great experience. Service and live music while enjoying scones, tea, and finger sandwiches.

I attended during the annual Steer day so I expected it to be busier and it was! However, multiple staff served and checked on me through my entire tea time. I was seated earlier and given direction on how to get my photo taken. I also had previously requested gluten free and non dairy foods and was served a wonderful array of delicious sweet and savory items. It was clear that the Brown Palace tea, security, and stock show staff had clearly communicated and prepared for this event. It was so much fun and I hope to return soon!

The Afternoon Team experience was delightful and enjoyed very much by our group. The staff attentive and the food/tea was excellent.

An elevated afternoon tea service with live background music, delicious scones, tea sandwiches, and deserts in an elegant setting. Wonderful experience and service. Highly recommend. Use Valet parking and receive a parking discount for attending tea at the Brown Palace. If you're interested in history, check with the desk to see if the history tour is offered in the afternoon. There's a fee for the history tour but it provides the story of the Brown Palace and takes you through a tour of parts of the hotel. It's a nice add on for adults interested in the hotel's history.

The Signature Holiday Afternoon Tea at the Brown Palace was a wonderful experience. The tea and treats were delicious, and the setting felt warm, cozy, and festive. It's a perfect way to relax and enjoy a special holiday moment. ☕🍰🎄

Don’t waste your money! Overpriced and not good quality food. If you are a couple they will squeeze you in a two top table where the chairs are so close to the nicer tables when someone gets up they hit you! The service is sub par. Go spend your money elsewhere.

the food was bad, only the scones were good, we got the bigger service with seafood, the seafood wasn't very good, the basic food like the sandwiches weren't good the sweets were like lip puckering sweet, but the scones with the lemon curd and whipped butter and jam were amazing, as was the tea, the service was wonderful, atmosphere was wonderful. go here for the ambience and scones and tea.

Went with my family to the Holiday tea at the Brown Palace. It feels like you're transported to Chicago or NY, with all the festive decorations and the grand atrium. You get to choose a tea and the fixed food comes after, including 2 types of scones, 3 types of sandwiches, and 3 different small desserts. At first glance, the food seems underwhelming, but it'll definitely fill you up and it's delicious - we even took home a box of leftovers! (a small note, the sandwiches are pretty average, but everything else was amazing!) Take your time, enjoy the tea and food, look around, sit and listen to the music!

Love the Brown Palace for their afternoon tea. It's so elevated and historic. Lovely reason to dress up during the holiday season

Always a favorite holiday activity. Ambiance is festive, staff are friendly and attentive, delicious mini-sandwiches and treats. We leave without being able to finish all the food, valet parking for convenience. Annual family favorite!

I really wanted to love this place because the ambiance is beautiful, but my recent visit had a few bumps that made the experience less enjoyable than I hoped. When we arrived, it took quite a while before anyone came over to take our order. I was also brought the wrong drink, and it seemed like there was some confusion with where it was supposed to go before it ended up at our table. We tried the winter burrata, which wasn't quite to our taste — it came across more bitter than expected. Toward the end of the meal, we again waited a long time without being checked on, and I eventually had to go find someone so we could close out. It also looked like a couple of items on the bill were rung in differently than what we ordered. The space itself is lovely, and I'm hoping this was just an off night. I'd be open to giving it another try in the future, as I can see the potential for a great experience here.

What a fabulous experience! I took my daughter to the Holiday Tea, and we enjoyed every single moment, every bite and sip—truly! Service and ambiance were excellent.

Not something to do all the time. A special occasion makes this quite nice. Pricey for tea and finger sandwiches.

I look forward to High Tea at the Brown Palace for weeks, because it is usually a perfectly lovely experience in every way. Yesterday was disappointing for several reasons. The place overall seemed too busy for the staff who were trying to manage all the tables. Service was slow and we had to struggle to get the attention of our waitperson to get the check. The condition of the Ladies Room on the first floor near the hotel entrance was appalling! One of the two stalls was out of order, the odor was awful, the trash bin was overflowing, and there was no toilet tissue. While one does not spend a lot of time in the rest room, going from a lovely, fragrant atmosphere with tea and sandwiches to a gross restroom kind of ruins the mood.
