Great beer! Too many breweries offering high ABV options with very little low ABV options. This brewery seems to have an old tradition done very well! As a fellow brewery worker, I like what I have seen and tasted! Congrats on the recent review as being named one of the top 30 breweries in America!

I have been coming here for years and think it’s great that we have the place in the neighborhood but I really struggle with the staff, they just aren’t friendly at all and often are pretty rude. We laugh about it for the most part but are still pretty surprised. Wish everyone was just a little friendlier.

The best true Czech-style Pilsner in the United States can be found at Cohesion. Having visited the Czech Republic several times, I can confidently say this is as close as it gets on this side of the Atlantic. Pilsners are notoriously difficult to brew because there’s no room to hide imperfections, unlike IPAs, stouts, or sours. The hallmark of a great Pilsner is perfect balance, and Cohesion nails it. Well played, Cohesion. I see what you’re doing here.

With Denver being one best beer cities in the world, I cannot recommend Cohesion as a worthwhile destination. It's a trek way up north with nothing else in walking distance. They brew only 6 beers - all lagers - nothing above 5%. The beers are fine, just nothing special. No food or food truck options 8pm on a Saturday
Taproom manager Brooke handled an unfortunate situation with an entitled parent with professionalism and tact. I’ll be sure to return to support this brewery.

Cohesion is a such a hidden secret. Piper is a gem! She is super knowledgeable and fun to talk too. We come here just for her and well the beer is wonderful as well. Piper is just delightful and love her music selection🤌🏼🤌🏼
