Cold Stone Creamery

Ordered a pint of Chocolate devotion with almond chips mix in & extra brownie. The almond chips were so old they ruined the entire icecream.
And I could barely find the regular brownie forget the extra. I love cold stone & this is the only ice cream I order everytime & it was a disappointment this time. Entire pint wasted.
Please throw those Almond Chips away. THEY ARE OLD. Probably expired.
Also I usually dont mind but the person who served us was super cold & unfriendly. I hesitated a lot asking her things.

Terrible experience with this place through door dash. Spent 32$ on an everybody's ice cream and add ins only to get a half full carton with next to no add ins. 32$ half full ice cream. Thanks for nothing!

The Best Ice Cream Experience in Town, Made Perfect by Lailee!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you're looking for more than just ice cream, you have to visit the Cold Stone Creamery at Hampden. This place is absolutely amazing, but what truly makes it a five-star destination is the incredible service from one employee in particular: Lailee.

From the moment you walk in, Lailee greets you with the warmest, most genuine smile. She is so helpful and patient, whether you're a Cold Stone veteran or a first-timer overwhelmed by the delicious choices. Her positive energy is contagious and turns a simple ice cream run into a delightful event.

We make a point to come every Thursday for the fantastic $1.50 deal, and seeing Lailee's friendly face has become a cherished part of our weekly routine. She remembers us, always says hello, and makes us feel so welcome. It’s clear she doesn’t just do this for us; she has a wonderful way of making every single customer feel special.

The ice cream itself is, of course, fantastic—creamy, fresh, and mixed with your favorite toppings on a frozen stone. But it’s team members like Lailee who build customer loyalty and create a community feel. She is a true asset to this location, and her outstanding customer service and kind personality absolutely deserve recognition (and a raise!).

Do yourself a favor: come for the incredible ice cream, but you'll stay for the unforgettable service provided by Lailee. This is how every customer experience should be!

Great service

Every time I order door dash it uses this location for my order. And every single time it’s wrong. Wrong size, missing fillings in the icecream. It’s ridiculous just tonight another order made the large a small the small the large. Going to look into who else to contact.

When I came in I knew exactly what I wanted. There were three, and none greeted you when you came into the store. They acted as if I were an inconvenience being there. I came in at 6:50 P.M. Long before close. The lady that took my order was very short with me. They were almost out of the banana pudding ice cream so she asked if it was okay if it was just 11 oz and I just told her it was fine and it was fine but at least discount it. She was wearing a bonnet. I wish I had gotten names. I think she was training one girl and instead of telling her what she did wrong, she dumps the ice cream out of the cone aggressively and then tells her what she did wrong. I was appalled and should have honestly just left. She finished my order but you can tell she was not a people person. Customer service is key. I would normally tip and usually do but not with the way she treated me. I’m literally writing this in the parking lot outside the store and letting the ice cream melt because they were so unfriendly, primarily the lady that did my order.

Great ice cream, a little pissed I paid extra for a waffle cone and got delivered a regular cup!

I rarely write reviews but this location has great customer service. Especially Lady the girl with pretty lashes. She goes above and behind for her customers. Always willing to help and understand. Clean environment.

I ordered delivery tonight, (12/11). They called to let me know one of my items couldn’t be completed because they were out of the specialty flavor but unfortunately I missed the call.

When I called them back 10 minutes later, they explained the problem and said they had substituted with the flavor but included all the toppings still. However, because we were looking forward to trying the new seasonal flavor of ice cream we decided to ask for a different flavor all together. Without hesitation the person I was talking to said that wouldn’t be a problem at all, AND without an additional charge, which I was prepared to pay for inconveniencing them! Plus as a bonus they said we’d still receive the “miss up” as an additional “sorry we didn’t have what you originally wanted”, when they didn’t need to do that at all!!!

I will be ordering from this location again! The staff tonight was very friendly, extremely helpful, and made us some great ice cream!!!

Please update the close time, yall don’t stay open until the time it says

I bought a Confetti Cake Batter cake, like I've done several times before. First, let me say that cake batter is my favorite flavor and I swoon every time no matter how much I eat it. I really really think this cake was not cake batter ice cream! Vanilla or maybe sweet cream. The whole thing just tasted bland and the kit kats on top were mushy. It's rare for me to return things, but it was $45, so I drove 25min to see what they thought. The girl at the counter said it was cake batter as did the owner over the phone. And that's it. Sucks to be me. Maybe it was cake batter and the non-distinguishable taste was due to it having been made 1 1/2 months earlier. Either way, a huge disappointment. Won't be back to that store.

Told worker I was lactose intolerant, and then added “special cream”. Then she put her foot in the ice cream, and spit in it. Tasted great. Would have been better if she threw in some hair but it’s not big deal. 9/10
