I haven't been to this location in years, but it was still good. Customer service was on point, and it was clean. It wasn't too busy, but the cashier was friendly and patient. I got the dogs a large and small frosted milkbones, and I got a two scoop waffle bowl. Yummy. Until next time.

I went with some friends one night recently. The staff seemed fine and friendly. When I ordered, I asked for a small milkshake. When she handed it to me, it was a medium cup--she said she had made extra so she put it in a medium cup. Then when I got to the end she charged for a medium. It wasn't very good, either--the ratio was off and it was very "thin" and liquidy. This place is way too pricey for them to be messing it up.

Not allergen friendly. I can't have gluten or dairy and told them that when I visited last week. They did have Silk branded dairy free chocolate ice cream which was great. I asked about the allergen information of some of their toppings to see if I could have them. The employee just shrugged and she said "I don't know" and stared at me impatiently. I didn't feel comfortable getting any toppings and even felt unsure about the allergen safety of the ice cream I did get after thinking about the shared surface the ice cream got set on in the topping area. They should have listed allergens/ingredients posted for the customers, or provide their employees with access to this information in a binder of the ingredient lists or something.

I got a "gotta have it" size ice cream from this cold stone. There was not 1, not 2 but 6 HAIRS IN MY ICE CREAM! This is absolutely disgusting. I will never be going to this cold stone again.
Ordered through Uber and they shorted us one of the three ice creams. This meant that I had to pay for delivery, then also drive to the store to pick it up. Arrived, got the ice cream… and they forgot the waffle cone. I will never order this over-priced ice cream again.

Love coming here, always a decent experience.. Never too busy. But I pick up the pre scooped quarts that you have in the freezer. I noticed that they were not dated which I know is a requirement. I asked the girl about it and she said it should be a February date.. Please make sure these are dated for proper handling if these are going to be outrageously priced. Thank you!

Cold stone has aways been my favorite place for ice cream and my experiences has always been pleasant. Except for today the red hair gilr with black and white glasses had an angry face, I felt rushed, so I picked a flavor I was not familiar with. I thew away the ice cream and walked out. I will always be a customer, just not this location.
