This was the worst Coldstone experience I've ever had. The restaurant was dark and dingy. It felt unclean. Our server seemed annoyed by our presence, and didn't serve my friend after several rounds of blatant eye contact coupled with clear body lang. Thankfully the ice cream was beyond this store mgr's ctrl because they seemed to be doing everything wrong at this location.They were out of cookie dough ice cream, and their toppings weren't posted anywhere in the parlor. They had a sign that said we'd get free cake, yet upon our query we discovered they were out of petite cakes. They have this strange, janky rope in front of their ice cream window, as if to keep you from getting too close to the ice cream. To top it all off?, their checkout systemwas painfully slow. It took a full minute to make a purchase.PS: My friend got the Vanilla Lite against our recommendation; safe to say, she didn't finish her "Like It" serving.

This location has the worst customer service, rude and lazy employees. I was over charged because I ask them to do there job correctly. I order the Everybody's Triple Pint, it includes 6 mix-in toppings but because I said to the employee your doing it wrong they charged me 9 additional mix in toppings @ $1.19 a total of $10.71 additional just for being SPITEFUL.

Horrible customer service. No one is in there except three employees all giggling in the back. We walk in, no one acknowledges us and we wait for a couple minutes before I yell “we’re ready” - some teenager peeks her head out from the back and just holds up a finger signaling us to wait…

The employees working tonight were so high energy and helpful. The name on the receipt said Presleigh, who was especially exceptional. She made the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted, along with being so sweet throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be coming back here. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Walked into this place to pick up an order and it smells like rotting milk. Please clean better so that it does not smell like rotting milk. Makes me not want to order from here because of un cleanliness.

I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery and was left deeply disappointed by their service and unethical behavior. As a customer, I expected a pleasant experience, but instead, I witnessed them scamming a child out of his hard-earned money.The incident occurred when a young boy eagerly approached the counter to purchase his favorite ice cream flavor. The cashier, with a disinterested attitude, deliberately overcharged the child for his order. The poor boy, unaware of the scam, innocently handed over his money, only to receive a fraction of what he paid for. Witnessing such deceit left me feeling outraged and disheartened.Not only did Cold Stone Creamery engage in such dishonest practices, but their overall service was also abysmal. The staff appeared disengaged and disinterested, lacking any semblance of customer care.Their Furthermore, the quality of the ice cream itself was subpar. The flavors lacked depth and richness, leaving a bland and unsatisfying taste in my mouth. It was evident that Cold Stone prioritizes profit over delivering a delightful dessert experience.I strongly advise against visiting Cold Stone if you value honesty, excellent service, and delectable ice cream. This establishment's actions not only harmed an innocent child but also tarnished their reputation in my eyes. I hope they reconsider their unethical practices and prioritize customer satisfaction in the future.In summary, my visit to Cold Stone was marred by their deceptive behavior towards a child and their overall poor service. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with my experience. of enthusiasm made the entire experience feel unwelcoming and impersonal.

They were so slow, they said they didnt have the flavor, when they it was right behind them. It just felt like they didn't want to work and be there. It took 10 mins to wait in line when there were 2 other works there. Never gonna go there again.

This was a horrible experience, we walked in and no one said anything to us for 5 minutes, when they did they told us their system wasn't working and I totally understand technology issues but they did tell us they can do online orders. We placed 2 orders and they were both missing add ins that we had added, on top of that I ordered a large and they must not have made enough and it only got a medium, so instead of remaking it or making more they just covered it up by placing a large on the outside. Very disappointing which is unfortunate because we normally love cold stone. I would say it's time for some new team members

I placed an order for delivery from their website. I got my quart of ice cream and it is missing one of the toppings and is packed with lots of air pockets. For almost $15 a quart, they could at least pack it full.

Recent employees have been phenomenal. Whoever was working on 1.20.23 around 2pm was a super star and I'm extremely frustrated that I didn't check her name. My pregnant wife placed a large online order, but I was surprised to learn she placed it like 45 minutes after the time she told me. I was fully expecting to wait the whole time, so I said we would be back later. We spent 5 minutes getting food, came back to sit and wait the last 40 minutes, but then the employee said she finished it! She looked so busy, and yet she stopped what she was doing to add a little convenience for me and our family. It meant a lot!

Not really a cold stone, did not have the usual ice cream flavors, the topping were not the same as all other locations, and mix in were stingy. Not good.
