Visited this location for the first time. The service left a lot to be desired. She was nice however, when I ask for a recommendation she just kind of shrugged her shoulders. The establishment was a little on the dirty side. I do understand it was a little later however, cleanliness should always be a priority. When I asked about the first responder discount she said she didn't know how it worked. On the plus side the ice cream was good.

I was not greeted when walking in, and had to wait at least five minutes before I was even acknowledged.Once one if the three girls that was working asked to take my order, she didn't get enough ice cream to mix. I ordered brownies to be mixed in and there was not enough to fill the cup, so she just put more ice cream on top of the cup to fill it. This did not allow any mixings to be mixed in.

I asked for the reeses peanut butter awesome sauce and basically got vanilla ice cream with nothing in it. Asked them to fix it and the said look it's on the bottom and gave it back. Will not be going back there again

Good combo of icecream and hand dipped chocolates, staff was friendly the shop was clean, but nothing jumps out at you, the colors are very bright for the ice cream.. cups and waffle cones to choose for holding the scoops

Oh be still my beating heart. I have entered true ice cream heaven. Loving my chocolate devotion.Next trip I may just have to try Peeps. Something about Peeps and ice cream makes my heart want to skip a beat.
