Food was good, but pretty pricey for what you get Drinks didn't come until we were about done with food I went online to check in for a table and never heard back I ended up sharing a table with someone I met at the airport just to get in and get something to eat He had a change in terminals and paid the tab, but the waitress came and freaked out that he left and said nothing had been paid I told her he had just did it on the app cause that's what we were told we needed to pay and she said nothing was paid, she went back and checked and said part of it was paid but the other part was not So I asked her again, since the first time she tried making me pay the whole tab, and she said you can get up and look at my computer I had to also catch a flight and said F” it and paid another $40 We never tried to pull one over on her and to be treated as such and screwed out of money was ridiculous

Terrible service. Took over an hour to get chicken fingers. Manager said it usually takes an hour+. At an airport?!? We travel ALOT. Eat at Elways in terminal B it does not take an hour. Restaurant feels gross. Dark.. unclean. Just dumpy. Won't go back. Will go to B then back to A for international trips.

Food was great. I had the Chicken Caesar Salad and a 14 oz draft beer. The server was not particularly invested in me as a customer. I felt that the price was expensive. The atmosphere was nice.

They do not take open table reservations any longer. The prices were very high and menu somewhat shortened from the online menu. The place was a bit dirty also. We left without ordering.

Food was only mediocre and overpriced, our waitress was friendly and attentive. Not the quality or experience I would hope for from ChopHouse. Will be picking other options when I travel unfortunately.

Making an Open Table reservation did NOTHING -- there was a line, no hostess. When asked the person who finally came out said they were understaffed and there was no list. We waited about 20 min to get in, once in everything was OK. Server was prompt and efficient, food was good, restaurant surprisingly clean given the staff shortage.

I chose the Denver Chophouse at the airport because I reviewed the restaurant's menu on the airport's website. The menu on the website had multiple options for vegetarians/vegans, which is why I chose this restaurant. After finally being seated, I was so disappointed to discover that the menu on the website was not the actual menu and the only vegetarian option was french fries and spinach and artichoke dip. The server told me that the menu on the website was not the real menu. Because of the wait, it was too late to go to a different restaurant. My husband ate, but all I had was a couple of french fries. I will not be back. Someone should change the menu on the website.

Needing quick service, we ordered and waited... others all around us was being served but still no food. Finally after an hour and a mention to our server, the food arrived. Way too salty, average quality.

Food was ok but everything took an extremely long time. We had to change our order to go after waiting over thirty minutes. We were given meal vouchers d/t flight problems and the company only except 1 per person. This is stated on the vouchers.

Requested an ‘Old-Fashioned' for my wife and I. It was worse than horrible. Supposed to be made with Simple Syrup (mixture of sugar and water) but salt was used to make the ‘syrup' instead of sugar. Replacement cocktail very small amount of drink in large amount of ice for sizable price. Steak VERY small and more salt was used on the fries than in the ‘Simple syrup' fiasco.

Loved my server. I wish I could remember his name, he had wavy hair and a dangle earring. He was amazing at his job and was both attentive and kind. He knew how to read the room and made everything run smoothly flawlessly.

I made a reservation through open table and the restaurant never acknowledged it. It said we were 2nd in line and people were walking up and being seated, so we just got in line for a walk up too.

Menu on the DEN website has the downtown menu. Open Table also said that there was a waitlist of 13 people and we were able to walk in. The food was not on par with the food at the downtown location. The server, however, was excellent.

For the price we pay, I did not expect to literally get Lay's chips with my meal. Several preferred menu items were not available. Also, why have an app for waiting but not actually utilize it? I had to ask the hostess about our position only to find out it was just a first come first serve.
