I'm so so upset. This is the first time we've left Com Nha just completely disappointed. We went for the AYCE. We didn't recieve everything from our first round of orders, so I just ordered it again for Round 2. Oh and the blue crab they served had definitely gone bad. It smelled and tasted like ammonia so I couldnt eat more than just the small bite I had. Well, round 2 took so long to come out. Only 2 items came out before we had to leave because we had already been there like 2 hours and my kids were started to lose patience. Worse is that when we left, it seems like no one on the service team was remoseful or even aware that we left without getting our order. We told them though. The bill was like $130 and I'm leaving STILL hungry. That's so unacceptable.
We usually absolutely love this place but today I didn't recognize anyone there- the serving staff was all different. The vibe was different. It felt like a totally different restaurant.

UPDATED REVIEW: My boyfriend wanted to try Com Nha so I went just a day after I left my previous review. This was a chance to see if they read my review and improved. I’m happy to say they did!! We got sat down and received drinks, utensils, and plates immediately:) Two lovely men helped us today, I think one of them is named Tony. Tony explained how the AYCE worked and told us to keep ordering more LOL. We received all the food we ordered, no missing items today. They even gave us a beaker of water so we could fill our drinks whenever. Throughout our meals, Tony kept cracking jokes and made us feel at home. I’m not sure if they knew it was me who left a critical review last time, but we got 15% discount and free ice cream. Just after one day they improved, and that shows how much Com Nha cares. They have my full respect and I can’t wait for my next visit. Definitely give this place a try <3 This time around I tried the Pho and Bun Bo Hue and it was delicious!!! Thank you Com Nha for redeeming theirselves !!! ^_^

I ignored it and was wondering why we weren’t getting drinks yet. I raised my hand to get my server’s attention and ordered a sugar cane juice. The drink came out, but my friend still didn’t get a drink. I had to stand up and ask for utensils, water and all because they weren’t being attentive. They told me to “holler” if I needed them. But as a customer, I feel SUPER uncomfortable raising my voice just to be taken care of. It’s just disrespectful if people are eating around us. Because of previous reviews on a Facebook page, I kinda expected that not all food items were gonna come out. However, I didn’t know it was to this extent. A LOT of food I ordered was missing and I received a crab I didn’t order. For the price ($40), it’s kind of unbelievable. Throughout our entire meal, not once did they come by to fill our beverages. I’ll end on a higher note, the food is delicious. Everything hit the spot and I love the variety. The food presentation was superb and they played good music (Korean rnb). I really want to see this place thrive, so I write this review hoping they learn to service customers better.
WHAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: •In the food industry, it’s common courtesy to bring someone to a table and ask if they would like any drinks, bring utensils. and plates. If customer doesn’t know what to get, tell them “no problem, I’ll give you guys a few minutes!”
•Check up on your tables often and ask them if everything is to their liking.
•Fill customer drinks when they are even HALF way. They are consuming a lot of salty items, they need water.
•PLEASE check if the plates or stovetops are clean before giving it to a customer.
I know this review is very critical, but I hope the second time I come back, my review is entirely different. I don’t want to bring down a Vietnamese establishment but pleaseeee the service T^T

We went for the AYCE deal and it did not disappoint!
5 of us to Com Nha Kitchen & Bar for the first time. The food was delicious and service was great. The kitchen did forget some items but we had such a good time and there was so much food it didn’t matter. We only took a pic of the cute lion in my Thai tea and the first plate of bbq then my hands got dirty 🤤. I loved the heated tray to keep your skewers warm and the DIY spring rolls with amazing peanut sauce. The Che was such a perfect dessert to end our meal. Will we return? HELL YES!!! always at an off-peak time.

It's my birthday and I had out of state family visiting so we came out for their all you can eat option at lunch. Food was decent but wow service was bad. My sister and her family got their first and second order while my first order never showed. Second attempt only some items came out to our table. Third attempt most BUT STILL NOT ALL items came out, and then the girl brought out something and we told her it wasn't ours but it was left at our table still. I was so hungry at my own birthday meal, I was eating everyone else's order. 90 minute time to eat but we ended up there for over 2 hours waiting for food to show up. I gave up on getting my bun bo hue and just wanted something in my stomach. By the time our third attempt was making is way out, my out of state family was bored out of their minds and sat their on their phones while my husband and I stuffed our starving faces. Didn't even bother making spring rolls anymore and just ate the meat. Thanks for the most frustrating birthday meal I've ever had. I guess we all have to have one in our life 🤷🏻♀️ need to work on your staff and your processes.
Cannot wait to come back to this incredible restaurant! The food here is absolutely delicious and one of the best meals we’ve had since moving to Denver. Everything was so flavorful, thoughtfully plated and perfectly cooked. We are transplants from Houston and are used to having incredible Vietnamese restaurants all over the city, so we have been searching for our “spot”. I believe we have found it! The restaurant is stylish and vibey (with a great drink menu), so perfect for date night.
Would highly recommend the mini eggs rolls and the Com Hawaii.
