Had a nice meal here. Crab cake and focaccia bread were delicious. I had the fish of the day. Fish was great with the sauce, but risotto was a bit gummy. Husband had the Colorado lamb which he enjoyed but was spicier than he expected it would be. Took half home to eat again. Butternut squash was good. They were out of the herbed potatoes so they offered me duck fat potatoes. Nice owners.

AMAZING food at Coohills last light. Charcuterie board was great; the pâtè was ridiculously good. Perfect Duck Leg Confit with Lentils. House made bread is delicious. Chef Tom Coohill Jr. is one of Denver's very best and Diane Schapiro Coohill runs a great front of the house! Have you been? You need to!

Bryce. That guys got it going on.
Bryce was the life of the party, this guy deserves to OWN the restaurant! I’m coming back every weekend STRICTLY FOR BRYCE. BRYCE 2028
After a team training event, we stopped by Coohills for drinks and appetizers—and I’m so glad we did! As a Louisiana native and self-proclaimed crab cake connoisseur, I was blown away by their signature Blue Crab Cake. No breadcrumbs, just pure crabmeat, perfectly pan-fried. The dipping sauce? So good, I used the house bread & butter to soak up every last drop.
I also tried the Supreme Focaccia—vegetarian and nut-free, yet packed with abundant flavor. The white truffle oil was a standout touch.
For dessert, we shared the Brioche Bread Pudding (and I don’t even like bread pudding!)—it was rich, warm, and surprisingly light. The Croissant Apple Tart with cinnamon whiskey ice cream was so good I almost didn’t want to share with the table. I’m already planning to come back in November just for that dessert!
To top off the evening, Chef Tom and Diane personally visited our table. They were warm, genuine, and clearly passionate about creating a memorable dining experience. I left feeling like I’d just dined with my own family.

Coohills is always superb, Tom is a fabulous chef and a super guy as well. A beautiful spot to dine.
Unique wedding venue!! Urban, upscale, beautiful! Service was over the top, food was divine and they happily accommodated all dietary needs. Parking garage attached, so that was easy too. Highly recommend!

I'm not sure who it was that sat me, she was either the owner or manager, but she was the loveliest person! I was there before a concert and came a bit early. They were so wonderful and accommodating. Food was excellent as well!
Here for a wedding in a private space. Food was good but portions on the small side. Parking is difficult in the area except a $30 garage on site.

Beautiful location and great service. The sunflower China cat drink was delicious. The French fries were very yummy. My chicken was pink and I was unable to eat it. The orange sorbet was nasty very tart and I don't recommend. I'd recommend this locations for drinks and appetizers but wouldn't recommend for the dinner menu or desserts.

We had a pretty negative experience here with both grumpy service and bad food (unseasoned steak, undercooked past noodles that were so hard they didn't droop on a fork).
Food was good. However at six pm they did not have the entree I ordered or the dessert. The high top tables have a brutal sun glare. Service was good but very rushed.
Sad to say we had a very poor experience here last night. We booked here for the Cirque de Soleil dinner menu. Food was just okay and service wasn’t great. We didn’t even get to have dessert! The wagyu was CHARRED bad on the outside and inedible. They didn’t even seem to care.

Appetizers were decent (although not many snails). Fish entree was delicious. Lamb entree was literally inedible.
We came here for the Cirque de Soleil dinner before our show, which was at 7, reservations at 5. The service wasn't great and it seemed like he didn't understand our goal. The food was just ok, and we had to cancel the dessert's because it was 15 minutes till the show started! My friend's who ordered the wagyu steak were unhappy, it was super charred on the outside. No one seemed to care. They did discount the steaks but charged full price for the meal and none of us were able to have dessert. This place seems to only care about their “special” reservation people, we felt like peasants they didn't care about. Never coming back.
