Don’t come here on a holiday where they have a set menu prepared. They had clearly overbooked. We got there at the time of our reservation and they told us they had 15 tables waiting to be seated but we could have a seat at the bar. We waited another 30 mins at the bar. It was very clear the staff was flustered and stressed. managements fault but it didn’t make our experience feel very good. Lastly, it was a set menu 5 course meal and the wait in between each course was so long that it was ridiculous… food was amazing tho! No complaints about the food at all, the experience was very poor overall for being Valentine’s Day.

We had an interesting experience when stopping in quick before a game. At first they didn’t want to seat us because we had a kid with. Then our server was new and had some slip ups, and our drinks took forever. Just wasn’t what we were looking for, but the place is nice, and clean. BUT I have to give a shoutout to them as they have gone above and beyond since in making it right, and we are excited to come back to visit someday! It truly speaks volumes that Diane was so kind after the fact. Plus the apps and drinks that did eventually make it to our table were delicious, so we are thrilled we get to try more items from the menu.

We hosted our company Christmas dinner at Coohills for a group of 35, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. We planned a seated, plated dinner with entrées selected in advance, and the entire process was handled with complete professionalism. The food was excellent!
The team was organized, responsive, and clearly experienced in managing group events. Every detail was attended to, the service was seamless, and the staff was readily available onsite throughout the evening. Each team member represented Coohills extremely well.
As the event coordinator, they truly made me look good — which is the highest compliment I can give. I would not hesitate to host another company event here and highly recommend Coohills for corporate dinners or special occasions.

The Coohills built an amazing restaurant with top tier food, service, and ambience. Couldn't recommend visiting this restaurant more! Go give it a try.
This place is amazing for so many reasons — the vibe, the lighting, the FOOD — but the real highlight is the hospitality and I’d be remiss to not mention Robert specifically, who made us feel welcome from the moment we came in to when we left, with countless touchpoints in between. Personable and professional in equal measure. An absolute treasure.

We always have a great dinner at Coohill's before the Avalanche game. Great service and a large menu. Desserts were fantastic.
Never too young to build an empire and never too old to chase a new dream. Coohills reminds me you’re right where you want to be. Came here to usher in the holiday week and another engagement celebration with dear friends.
If you don’t find street parking, park in the parking garage and walk right out to the restaurant.
Great spot downtown for date night or gathering of friends. Service is good and plenty of seating even on a busy Saturday night. Great cocktails to go with their appetizers. Recommend the Tropic of Capricorn, Fireside Vinyl, China Cwt Sunflower or the classics of Paper Plane and Expresso Martini.
They did offer several options for dietary restrictions like gluten free so the babe was ecstatic. Love the blue crab cake which was surprisingly gluten free. Wish they served more than one. Right?!?! I wanted to try the escargot but no one wanted to indulge with me.
Online showed a little more variety like gnocchi and rack of lamb. However the menu is pretty straightforward in person. You either have NY steak, chicken or catch of the day. We split the steak and ordered the sautéed mushrooms, carrots and butternut squash as sides. Surprisingly filled up but also got a bill that should have been a 5 course meal….but I strongly believe all the money I spend comes back to me multiplied, cheers!

Always enjoy Coohills for a pregame meal. But yesterday was exceptionally slow. The host took about 10min sorting out guests who didn't have a reservation. Then, once seated, we waited 20min to even be served. I recognize the hustle and bustle on game days, but this is the second time visiting the restaurant with very subpar service. To their credit, the restaurant discounted the meal both times.
We ended up going on a busy night between the Avs game and holiday parties, but they were so attentive and thoughtful it more than made up for any delay. The food and service was amazing! Loved everything we ordered. I got the fish of the day, which was so good! And we always get the crab cakes, potatoes, and bread pudding! ☺️

We had a fantastic experience at Coohills tonight. The owner stopped by a few times to check on us and he was so kind and hospitable. Our server Taylor was the sweetest guy and very attentive. Everyone that worked there was attentive and the food was delicious. The sausage app plate with pickled onions and pickles was delightful! The supreme focaccia and fish of the day with artichoke risotto was just chefs kiss! Can’t wait to come back. See you again soon Coohills!

We had such a blast here for dinner. Our server Bri was phenomenal. Fun atmosphere and excellent food and drinks.
I have had the pleasure of hosting 2 private events at Coohills. Both experiences were outstanding.
The 4-course meal; appetizer, salad, entree, and dessert, came out hot and timely. The serving team took great care to space out the serving for all attendees to have completed the prior course. The food was delicious. Flavorful, seasonal, and abundant. Coohills provided plenty of food for all attendees - no one left hungry.
The serving team was great. Helpful and available when needed, but out of our hair so that I could host a private event, speaking on matters without prying ears and eyes.
The event space was beautiful. We utilized the private room to the right when walking into the restaurant. The environment is lovely and cozy but easily fit our group of 12 attendees.
Diane, the owner, was lovely. She checked in on us during the event and greeted everyone as we left.
I will definitely be hosting more events at Coohills.

Great evening right before a show at the Boettcher Concert Hall. We had a table on the right side in the entrance and it was quiet enough so we could have a conversation. The food was great you just need to order sides with your main dish as the amount of food is limited. Brussel sprouts were great although maybe would have been better without the creamy lemon parmesan sauce they were in. The chef was trained in France and it clearly shows. Overall great food, just a bit too much butter/ cream in everything for my taste but our party liked all the dishes we ordered (fish of the day, chicken sous vide, crab cakes, bread, carrots). We were in and out in 1h20 minutes so we made our show on time. Will definitely consider this place again in the future.
