We had a pretty negative experience here with both grumpy service and bad food (unseasoned steak, undercooked past noodles that were so hard they didn't droop on a fork).

Food was good. However at six pm they did not have the entree I ordered or the dessert. The high top tables have a brutal sun glare. Service was good but very rushed.

Appetizers were decent (although not many snails). Fish entree was delicious. Lamb entree was literally inedible.

We came here for the Cirque de Soleil dinner before our show, which was at 7, reservations at 5. The service wasn't great and it seemed like he didn't understand our goal. The food was just ok, and we had to cancel the dessert's because it was 15 minutes till the show started! My friend's who ordered the wagyu steak were unhappy, it was super charred on the outside. No one seemed to care. They did discount the steaks but charged full price for the meal and none of us were able to have dessert. This place seems to only care about their “special” reservation people, we felt like peasants they didn't care about. Never coming back.

Took my wife for her birthday with a group of 7 and we all had a great time and great food, drinks, and dessert! The service was excellent. Great place for a 2 and any size group! Would love to come back with a large group! Parking was very convenient with a garage in the same building. And in a great location for walking after dinner! Will definitely be going back!

Tom Coohill is a gem of a human being. You could do far worse than spending your hard-earned money here, but it's genuinely difficult to do better.

Always a great experience at Coohills! They were rocking that day because of Beats on the Creek, but didn't miss a beat on service, food quality, etc.

Had a birthday dinner here before seeing ECHO. Drinks were really solid, dinner was delicious. Unfortunately we we were having such a nice time I didn’t take a single photo. What a miss! We had frites, meatballs, steak, gnocchi and the sea bass special. Drinks were unique, we were very happy customers even without photographic evidence!

We had a great first time experience. The food was great, service was quick and I would definitely go back and back!

Great atmosphere, location, friendly hosts, and decent drinks. I also love the effort they put into their summer concert series.

Having said that... we didn't find the food worth the price and won't be back. The Ragu noodles were overcooked and fell apart by touch, the mushroom plate definitely over salted, and other dishes... just underwhelming for the price.

I'm new to Denver and this is probably the last place I'll try under 4.7 Stars, which I'm noticing seems be the local threshold for places that truly stand out.

Again the atmosphere and buildout is A++, so I'd recommend this place for a nice drink before or after a Bell Arena event, small gatherings, or relaxed/quiet hangout after a walk on the creek.

Great spot for Beats on the Creek live music. 3rd time going there during this event. Service was great getting there at 5pm. Nice open concept.

Personally we were quite disappointed in this restaurant. We had been referred there by a few people and expected better on so many levels! The food was over salted, under cooked in some things, and took a very long time to get. Dinner took over 2 hours and our dessert never came. The wait staff was very scarce and barely came to the table to check on us. For the money that was spent, I do not recommend! There are better places to go that you can at least get water.

Mother’s Day brunch buffet: roast beef looked rare under the lights, but was medium+ and tough. Eggs Benedict were cold. No serving implements for the fish. Delicious sausage patties. Good croissant.
