Absolutely the best place for drinks and dinner any time, but particularly before an Avs, Nuggets, Broncos or Rockies game. Awesome food, killer drinks and great service. They do a big call out and free shots for each team before the game. The Bartenders lead a cheer and then we all celebrate! Big call out for Schuyler and Jeremy - incredible drinks and service, and amazing tequila knowledge!!! Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, our experience was very poor. We have been here prior and had a decently good meal, but not this time. Meatballs and focaccia were very dense with little flavor. Steaks were not seasoned well and very chewy. Risotto was not cooked, crunchy and cold. Other than the proximity to Ball Arena this restaurant was a complete miss.

I love to try new places and usually when they are good it still may take me months to come back. After having Coohills the first time, I've been back at least 3 times in a couple of months. I LOVE food here! Amazing.

We went for dinner this evening, Valentine's day, the food was fantastic though the portions were small. It was a fixed menu for all patrons, we choose the 5 course option. My wife is a sensitive gluten free celiac and the food was celiac accommodating and delicious. However, overall, we felt the service did not match the price. Multiple of our wine pairings were served after we had finished our course. I did not receive the course option I ordered, and once the service staff was questioned they stated they were out. Then multiple tables next to us whom were seated later received the dish. We did receive one specialty cocktail to make up for the inconvenience. Ultimately, we were charged about 333$ for a fixed menu dinner. Walking out we noticed all other two person parties were charged 317$ which left us with a super sour opinion of this place. Definitely will not return for in-service dining.

The food tasted good. Other than that, we had a pretty bad time. Didn't take drink orders until 20 minutes after we sat down, even though they had a single menu that night, the kitchen or service was backed up and it was at least 30 minutes between courses. The portion sizes were laughably small for a 4 course meal. Given the portion sizes, it should have been an 8-12 course menu. We had to go to another restaurant after dinner because we were still so hungry. Absolutely not worth the price, the food tasted alright, but not worth the $300 we paid for literally 4 bites of food over the course of 3 hours.

Food was mediocre, service was really bad. For $55, the fish meal didn't have much taste and the shrimp was tough. The server spilled water on the table, didn't apologize, I cleaned it up with my napkin and he didn't get me a new one. He then took a fork directly out of my partner's hand while he was still basically eating. And the famous potato meal was also mediocre. This place had always been on my bucket list and I won't be going back. Super bummer:-(

Our waiter, who's from Detroit, was knowledgeable and fun. And his recommendations were spot on. The crab cake and chicken liver mousse appetizers were outstanding. And, our mains were like the best homemade short rib and meaty ragu. We're from Wisconsin but visit our son in Denver a few times a year. We eat out often here. We will eat at Coohills again when we return. We look forward to trying new foods as the chefs change up their menu.

We had a fabulous dining experience at Coohills. We were warmly greeted and seated immediately at a lovely table with a great view. Our server was helpful and a delight. Our son had a most delicious mushroom soup to start and we all enjoyed the Brussels sprouts app also. Yummy! All 3 of us had to have the delicious Ragu with the perfectly toasted bread. OMG. I drool just remembering it. Our drinks were great too, as was the bread and whipped butter. We will be back!

Host was accommodating, friendly and informative server. Efficient service. One of our entrees was served luke warm but they took care of it and brought a fresh one. Great location, fun vibe. We'll be back.

We went a Saturday night. There were very few clients. It is sad as the venue is very nice. We ordered the American Bouillabaisse. The menu used to order indicated it included lobster. But there was no lobster in it. They brought a second menu to order the deserts and said the menu had been updated for typos. The initial menu had the prices not aligned with the dishes. To our surprise the updates had removed the lobster. We left with a bitter taste although the food was generally well prepared and tasty.

Food quality was mostly excellent. Portions are small, but we ordered an assortment. Only 1 crab cake per order, and fairly small. Salad VERY lightly dressed which was fine and was topped with an excellent soft boiled egg. Homemade sausage more like a big hot dog. Not the best...but the baked brie was tasty. My friend had the pasta and rags and she said it was great.
