Came in very last minute and our hostess (I forgot her name but she was awesome!) and our server Archie were able to get us in and out quickly! I had a Mai Tai and it was
PHENOMENAL!! This is in the Union Ststion on the second floor and it is stunning views! Absolutely wonderful!

Recommend if you can get Archie as a server! He was so kind and lovely, I did not want to leave! He also gave the best suggestions for drinks that left elated, 20/10 experience! Thank you, Archie!

Even on a busy night before Christmas, everyone was friendly, made fantastic (and seasonal!) drinks, and made the experience so pleasant. Even when they sell out of their most popular menu items, this place never disappoints.

Cooper Lounge is a waste.
A very small amount of people are allowed in the space. Large amount of people as well as myself were turned away even though there were significant amount of space for social interaction. First time coming here, would not recommend and such a strange set up overall👎

The building makes the experience, however, the service was terrible. Not worth the money or the wait.

Great atmosphere for a Christmas season get together. We had 12 and they accommodated us perfectly. Very good food and drinks.

Q and Sean took amazing care of us. Phenomenal drinks - widower’s kiss and daily disappearance) and the blueberry pie was bomb. I was craving whipped cream for my pie which the kitchen doesn’t serve, so Q and Sean shook us some cream and made us fresh shaken whipped cream on the spot. Amazing. We’ll be back!

This was the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I don't know what their goal is at Cooper but it doesn't seem like they are trying to make $. They were stand-offish the whole time, served my party one round of drinks then ignored us the rest of the time (over an hour). Eventually I had to go to the bar to order one but they scoffed at me like I was the stupidest person in the world and wouldn't serve me because they said it was after last call.

All they had to do was the minimum effort of a job and we would have ordered a few drinks apiece and tipped a normal amount. There was only one other couple in the bar and a handful of servers present so they weren't overly busy or anything.

I do not recommend this bar due to the negative energy of the staff.

What kind of incompetent organization allows one to make a reservation for 10.30pm, which one keeps, only to be told that the kitchen closes at 9.30pm.
Apart from that, it would have been nice if the help had apologized for the bad situation, rather than treating me like I was supposed to know that the kitchen closed at that time.
Whatever happened to customer service?

Stunning building with an upscale ambiance with a low key vibe. Our bartenders were top notch - attentive and welcoming but not over the top, even giving our party a complimentary round of champagne to celebrate a birthday (they just noticed when checking IDs). The food was delicious (even with special requests) and the other patrons were friendly.
