Service was poor. Sat for 20 minutes before first table touch. Had to request fresh plate and steak knife between courses. The tri tip steak was rubbery and over salty.
We had an incredible dinner at Coperta. All of the food was phenomenal. The chicken and eggplant parm were especially comforting and delicious. The margarita was spot on. Service was friendly, warm and attentive.
Service was ok any place with automatic gratuity is a scam servers didn't explain any of the menu options
Everything was great it just took a while to get our drinks and food. About 40 minutes before we got out starter
The food was truly outstanding and they were very generous and kind to me for my birthday meal ♥️ Everything we ate and drank was delicious! My only qualm is that it was a birthday reservation and they sat us in a tiny two-seat table on top of another two-seat table with strangers (and there were plenty of nicer, more private options more suitable to a special occasion reservation), so that part definitely felt like a miss, especially because ppl with no reservation or special occasion were seated at a booth at the same time as we were sat at this awkward, uncomfortable table. Overall, I would certainly recommend Coperta for warming, comforting, and delightfully complex Italian food!
Don't sleep on the seasonal specials here! Great food in overall but the specials offer a real treat. Perfect date night spot and also great if you want to show off your foodie side.
Fresh. You could literally taste the FRESHNESS. This is definitely on our go-to list from now on!
We had a lovely meal at Coperta and the staff were wonderful and checking with us. The only real issue we had was that we were delivered pasta that was very salty and we let them know and they didn't offer to bring something else or take it off the bill. We had taken a lot off the plate to put on our plates because we were sharing, but it was just too salty. The rest of our dishes were great. The chicken was crispy and had a lovely chili sauce and polenta the other pasta. We had the Caci e Pepe was very very good. We all enjoyed the salad and the bread was nice as well.
Food was excellent as always. Service was attentive and friendly. We have been here several times and will continue to return. We drive 30 minutes to get here and it's always so worth it1
Nice location and food was delicious. The prices were high. Our server was rude which detracted from the experience, but I would go back because the dishes were well composed.

We didn't have much time because we had a performance to go to and the staff went out of their way so we could enjoy our anniversary in a very special way. Food was interesting and delicious! We will definitely come back😊
Faith made our evening very enjoyable with her attentive service. The food was amazing as well!
This is a great place to celebrate a special occasion! The entire staff made us feel welcome and special! Coperta felt and tasted like home!
Located in the trendy RINO/5 Points area, this restaurant appeared to be promising, but it failed to meet expectations. The one food item we ordered and weren't disappointed by was the fried mozzarella, (because how can you screw that up?) We ordered the little gem salad, which was almost very good but came up weird and tasted like it was adorn with pebbles because the fried beans literally added nothing but confusion. The entrees also 'almost made it,' but lacked because they were too trendy and poorly prepared and presented. The scallop pasta had mushy scallops drowning in a heavy butter, cream, and lemon sauce (that I wouldn't even have had a problem with had the scallops been cooked separately and properly so they had a crisp on the outside and actually lent their own flavor instead of just seeming like a sloppy last minute add on to justify a higher price tag. The pork belly pasta with kale was slightly better, but also severely over salted (everything was,) and kale is a vegetable that is nothing but excessively chewy and weird when not properly prepped(massaged) or cooked. Even dessert was like a bad science experiment! Chocolate torte (which was more of a mediocre cake) served with peach puree and peaches slices on top? There's a reason peaches and chocolate aren't typically found together because it DOESN'T WORK! The cake would have been forgivable if it was properly called cake, had a sprinkle of pistachios on top (there appeared to be a bit of pistachio in the cake, and some fresh whipped cream on top. The service was okay, but no one actually seemed to care if the food was actually any good! The manager (?) stopped by and asked at the very beginning of the meal before we actually had tried any of the food. After that, nothing, no one asked, and clearly no one cared. And the restaurant was more than half empty and very well staffed. I tried ordering a sidecar, and then they couldn't make it anyway. Far better Italian options nearby.
I'm so glad I went to this place, feels very authentic in a local area. The food was great. Service was good. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Provided a local feel for someone on vacation.
