Bring your own mug if you get a coffee to go. The lids on their to go cups definitely do not fit and you will get coffee everywhere. A staff member told me they're aware of that, but they don't seem to think it's a big deal.

Love the excellent service and the ambience. You are surrounded by nature that can be admired through the windows and have the option to sit outside on the patio where you can breathe in the fresh air. Staff are friendly and great barristas.

I didn’t know this place was attached to the botanical garden. However, you can still grab a drink there even if you’re visiting the gardens. It’s a cute meetup spot with outdoor seating.

I wanted to try new coffee shop in my area and I walked in and was the first in line and the barista was very rude I felt rushed when ordering I have medical issues that pertain to me needing time to order. After that I didn’t get a drink for another twenty minutes. I did not appreciate the staff which is unfortunate as the coffee shop looked beautiful.

Barista was super rude when I told her that me and my friend have been waiting for 20 mins for our drinks! They were very chatting with customers they know and gave they’re drinks faster than my even though they were at the end of the line.
Don’t come here! I’d rather go to Starbucks!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. The barista clearly didn’t care—moving at her own pace, casually serving people who ordered after me. I waited a full 15 minutes for my drink, and only when I finally asked about it did she nearly toss the coffee at me with a dismissive “we’re making it, just chill.”
This was my first—and definitely last—visit. With so many beautiful and welcoming coffee shops in Denver, this place doesn’t deserve our business. Avoid if you value good service and respect as a customer

I’ve been here twice the first time was ok. But the staff doesn’t seem particularly kind or knowledgeable. Today when I entered the girl behind the counter did not say hi or acknowledge us at all. She was very busy drying a dish and couldn’t take the time to say “I will be with you and in a second. “ Maybe their employees aren’t paid enough and are just over customer service but it felt so rude and we ended up leaving! The one time we were able to order something the coffee and pastries were good. But I just feel so disappointed. It’s also a beautiful space and would have been nice to be welcomed. And maybe we should try it again but hopefully they will talk to their employees about better customer service!
