I had the vindaloo, described on the menu as "fiery". The waiter asked me if I like spicy. I do indeed, I told him. He smiled. When we got here, my head hurt, my back hurt, my shoulders hurt. After a single g&t (they make them with Empress gin, which is a lovely color) and a tidal wave of endorphins unleashed by the bushel or so of hot peppers that were concentrated into my bowl, nothing hurts.Five stars, would definitely recommend.
The garlic naan was herby, warm, and flaky. Paired with Dal, I feel nourished for my conference tomorrow!

Visited Coriander on the way to the airport after a weekend of skiing. You can tell an Indian restaurant is going to be great when the smell of spices hits you at the front door.We cleaned every plate, easily the best curry I've had in the Denver area. The vindaloo curry is very spicy (as it should be), and I would recommend pairing it with a saag or other mild curry.Staff were attentive and welcoming, food was delicious and fast. Perfect for a quick sit-down meal before the flight, my only regret is not having time to stay for dessert.We will be back, thank you!
Tried this place for the first time and I have no idea why it’s taken me this long to come here. Truly an enjoyable meal and experience. So happy to see a high quality Indian restaurant doing well and making such good food in GVR because there is hardly anything out here. It feels like we have a secret restaurant out here away from the city. Genuinely delicious and truly authentic. So glad it’s here, so glad I finally tried it. This will be a place I come regularly now.I got the butter chicken with a side of garlic cheese naan. Although I think my first paragraph said it enough, it was fantastic! Can’t wait to come back and try other dishes. I also got a dessert which I’ve never had before - it tastes like a donut hole only it’s soaked in syrup! Very sweet and delicious as well!Not only is the food delicious and delivered very quickly, but when you arrive you are greeted instantly. The restaurant itself is very clean, modern and open with a few authentic decorations. The staff notice when you need something without you having to say anything. Great service isn’t a high priority for me personally but this place has it!I’m sure it goes without saying but I highly recommend this place!

Coriander is a jam! The food is absolutely delicious, the space is so clean and lovely, and the service is top-notch. We enjoyed the butter, lamb and chicken saag Tonight, but have explored many of their dishes in the past, All have been amazing! Also, if you’re dining in, the drink menu is terrific! Highly recommend!
Absolutely, love the tandoori chicken Tikka masala, garlic Naan bread and the potato samosa. Delicious flavors and great price for the meal. I always end up saving half for later.
