Food was delicious (spicy tuna bruschetta, parsnips soup, crab croquets) and service (Ryan) was spot-on.

Food, service, and atmosphere were all amazing! They made a fresh, delicious cake for my friend's birthday, and it was perfect. Mauricio provided exceptional service and made our experience special. Highly recommend!

They had vegan-possible options which was important and appreciated. Cocktails were great but bartenders were not. Need more of them and need better proficiency. Food was really good but overall bill was a little stupid expensive. $24 for a half dozen oysters and you don't know where they're from? A racket. A side of asparagus for $10? Silly. Entrees were steep too and that's generally okay but the staff was lacking in professional dress and behavior, so we don't get the value we should have. We still had a good time though.

The short rib and scallops were both fantastic. Our server, Robert, was excellent in every regard. Valet parking service also was very convenient and helpful, as we had dinner and then went to a show. Would highly recommend Corinne Restaurant.

We had a lovely date night before seeing a show. The atmosphere was lovely, wonderful service, and the food was delicious.

Josh was awesome... he rushed us a little bit the food was exceptional and we had a really nice evening.

We went there for dinner and ordered from the fixed menu as well as an appetizer. The service was friendly but felt rushed. Soups came out almost immediately after the appetizer. If you're going to offer a prix fixe option, the timing should be right. The entrees weren't anything special, especially considering the menu prices. My wife ordered mushroom bolognese and the mushrooms were completely lost in the sauce and the rigatoni was certainly from a box. My salmon was prepared nicely, but nothing out of the ordinary. The atmosphere and cocktails were quite good, as was dessert.

Our experience at Corrine Restaurant was awesome. Every dish is very balanced, great wines to choose from, and our server, Jayme, was absolutely delightful in her attention to us and her suggestions for dishes. We really enjoyed our evening here!

Terrific breakfast and love the home made biscuits! Mauricio took great care of us and was very attentive to all our needs.

Jodi our waitress and the entire front of the house staff was absolutely amazing. We had the best meal we've had so far in Denver. Here for work. In fact, such a good experience we're thinking about coming back for a second day.

Salads were good. Crab fritters were oddly wet on the interior and under seasoned. Peanut butter pie was decent.

Ben was our server and did an excellent job. Wife had the filet and it was perfectly cooked. I had the mushroom bolognese and it's delicious

The food was well prepared. The two of us who had the pasta and the short rib were quite pleased but the two who had the salmon and halibut were disappointed with the meager serving sizes. Those in the kitchen who prepare the dishes and those who serve them should be well aware of the discrepancies, and should certainly correct the problem. The fish eaters were done with their portions while the others were hardly halfway through. Service was attentive.

Very nice restaurant in the Le Meridien hotel. Definitely recommend making a reservation as it's very popular. Very pretty inside, nice spot for a date night. Robert was our excellent server, very friendly and attentive. Felt like a high-end experience without being obnoxiously overpriced.

This was my second time eating at Corinne's and both experiences were excellent! I brought two friends from out of town this time and they were both thrilled with the choice of restaurant. We decided to each order the 3 course prix fix menu and share the entrees so we could try 3 different main dishes. I already knew that the French onion soup was excellent so we all started with that and it did not disappoint! For entrees we ordered the Scottish Salmon, the Wild Mushroom Bolognese and the Braised Wagyu short ribs. I would say that the Braised Wagu was our top pick but the salmon and bolognese were close behing. We ended with the bread pudding and the key lime pie - both were everything we were hoping and more and, as full as we were from the dinner, we ate most of it! The service was top notch and the ambience is very pleasant and inviting! I will definitely eat at Corinnes again and highly recomment it to other diners.
