The food was delicious, our server was really friendly and the atmosphere was perfect to meet up with colleagues, friends or a date.

Devan was honestly some of the best wait staff I have ever experienced in Denver. He went above and beyond in every aspect of the meal. Could not be happier with his service after waiting 1.5 hours past our original reservation time.

Incredibly disappointing. This was our first time in and brought out of town guests with us and the experience was horrible. Food was incredibly sub par. Nothing I would order again and we tried 12 different dishes. The drinks were good and that’s the only plus. Rude staff, waited over an hour when we had a reservation and we had another guest just come up to our table and ramble drunk and tried to have the manager or some staff guy get him away. Also missed 2 dishes we ordered. Music so loud we couldn’t even talk to each other it was just really below average experience. Only 2 stars for the cocktails.

my friends and I had a reservation at 8pm, and extended it to 8:30pm. unfortunately, we weren’t seated until about an hour later. though we had a long wait, our server Devan, was extremely attentive and turned our night around. he helped us through our options on the menu. the manager, Brandon, also made our experience much better by comping some menu items. ultimately, i would absolutely recommend this place for customer service and will be back.

Waiter was a rude little guy with a bad attitude. Food was overpriced and tiny portions. Worst restaurant I’ve had in Denver in a while. Avoid this place.

What a wonderful surprise today, finding Corsica. A great use of an old building, you feel like a part of history, but with a bright and cheerful update. We ended up here for a late lunch, which was perfect with these small plates. I love being able to try a bunch of things, and boy did we! And because we don't like all of the same things, it was easy to share some things and not others. Brandon, the manager, and Billy, the bartender, took fabulous care of us, checking on us and making great suggestions. Starting with Croque Signora (grilled sandwich with roasted tomatoes, basil, frico, mornay), Tuna Carpaccio, Roasted Olives, and Fritelli (warm donuts with an amazing lemon fennel fraiche), we had cocktails called Staycation (tequila, manzanilla, lime, cherry tomato, tarragon, olive oil) and Rosso Shakerato (strawberry infused cappelletti, basil eau de vie, aquafaba, peychauds, saline, lemon). We then tried the Bastian Meatballs with Whipped Ricotta Toast (definitely get these two together, they really compliment each other!). Finally we finished with espresso, Strawberry Granita, and a new chocolate dessert. Everything was delicious, and please don't skip the Strawberry Granita. It's fabulous. Truly a perfect finish.

The Good:
The wine. The decor. Variety of menu when you're sick of Barcelona wine bar

The Bad:
Biggest complaint is you make a reservation and still have to wait an hour. Vibe isn't as nice as Barcelona and if you get seated at the tables near the bar it sucks cuz it's very crowded.

The food- I feel like with Barcelona you forgive the food a bit since it's a nice vibe. The vibe at Corsica doesn't make up for the food and cost.

One of my favorite restaurants in Denver. Fantastic service, amazing atmosphere, well decorated, very well curated menu. Lots of options for people with food allergies, delicious, cocktails, and an extensive wine list. Our favorites were the steak, mushrooms, and Bronzino. Can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been to Corsica two times prior to my visit Friday night and sadly, I am not eager to go back. We made a reservation days in advance and arrived right on time and were told it was not a true reservation and only a way to get moved up the waitlist (behind 10-12 other parties with reservations). We were told to go wait by the bar and get a drink, where there were about 40 other people waiting for their tables. I had to ask a couple (who had gotten their drinks and were chatting) if they would allow me to get to the bar so I could get close enough to order which they kindly agreed to. I then waited 20 minutes at the bar and was not greeted by any of the five bartenders there. We were still number 8 on the waitlist 45 minutes past our reservation time, until we asked to sit outside in the semi cold weather since we had another reservation to go to after. We didn’t have time to get entrees or a second drink, only a few appetizers.

I’m not sure if they are overbooking the restaurant or need to start adding table time limits, but I met numerous other people who were waiting over an hour past their time. As a regular at Barcelona where we’ve never waited more than 20 minutes past our reserved time, I’m very disappointed. I feel like they truly missed the mark with this location.

This was hands down the most uncomfortable dining experiences we have ever experienced. We had a reservation at 6PM for 2 people, were seated right away at a high top just across from the bar. The first 20-30 minutes were fine until the bar area started to get crowded while people were waiting for tables. People kept squeezing by to get to the bar, crowding our table, elbowing us, at one point someone hit the menu of the table and almost knocked a glass of water on the floor. The whole situation was just very uncomfortable. I must say it’s very strange to be seated having dinner and have people stand next to you, bump into you, elbow you in the back, etc. It was very apparent that the surrounding tables had the issue as well.

Spoke to our server as well as a manager about the situation, nothing really was done other than saying sorry with the option to be relocated. Finally asked to be moved to an open table, which was accommodated and much appreciated. Not sure why crowding of reserved tables is allowed or tolerated by staff/management, but something needs to change. Had this been the first time we had been to Corsica, I would probably never go back, but we love the food and have loved the atmosphere until this time.
