I have been back to Corsica many times, and always have a great time. Staff is incredible, and the food is bursting with flavor. The Broccoli Caesar Salad is a must-have.
Devin helped our table for the last visit, and made it a wonderful experience.

Wow oh wow! I have been a big fan of Barcelona Wine Bar since the opening and I am even more impressed with Corsica. It felt more intimate and the overall atmosphere was inviting to say the least. From the minute we walked in, we felt welcomed. The food was out of this world! Kudos to Chef Devin for making the menu so creative and delicious! We tried about 9 different dishes and then of course we had to do the crème brûlée and the mini donuts for dessert. We weren’t drinking at last nights dinner but if we were, I’m sure the cocktails would have been Devine. The cucumber mocktail was perfect. We had Lundyn (spelling?) for our server and he was every bit as sweet and kind as you would expect. We cannot wait to come back and enjoy another dinner or maybe even try the brunch! Thanks for an amazing dinner!!

Had a reservation for 8 people at 8:15, sat on the ground outside until 8:50 because the restaurant was overcrowded and they still needed “a few minutes” so we dipped. Trust the other dozens of reviews about reservations and don’t plan a special event around your reservation time, they don’t honor them and it is basically just adding your name to a wait list.
We had a lovely time at Corsica! The manager, James, was incredibly welcoming when we arrived. Even though we had to wait for our table, he kept us updated and was so kind throughout our entire dining experience.
Our server, Will, was knowledgeable about the menu and very accommodating with my friend's allergies. He had great suggestions for both dishes and wines. The bolognese was a standout, we also loved the copa and the brussels sprouts.

Amazing food, amazing service. We will definitely be back. Great gluten free options and our server marked up the menu very clearly with details on what is/can be GF.

I'm really not sure why, or maybe the staff could just tell that we've had a very stressful day, but the service went above and beyond. There were a few pockets were it took awhile to put more food in or receive orders, but thats to be expected on a busy night and over all we felt well taken care of.
I've been here before but my friend had not. We put in a few small plates to start. While we waited someone walked by and asked if we wanted a free basket of fries which were delicious. Every single thing we ordered was excellent. I can't recommend the Gemelli 'Cacio e Pepe' enough! It was so delicious we almost got seconds! Grilled shrimp was great too.
When it came to deserts they recommended to pair the tiramisu with the creme brulee, but we only ordered one. They ended up bringing both with the waiter comping one of them. Both managers also said hi at one point as they passed.
For a busy Saturday night I think the staff handled it well and prioritized guests, sometimes taking orders while one hand was full with dishes (impressive!)
The only down side was how loud it got and the few times we waited in between orders but it wasn't bad at all. This place is so cute and I'll definitely be coming in more often.
Thank you for the amazing service!

One of my favorite restaurants in RiNo, I come here often! Incredible food, good drinks, and kind staff. Queer friendly! Great for a solo wine night or a date night.
My favorites are the ricotta toast, grilled mushrooms, and beef bavette!

The food, atmosphere, and customer service were amazing from start to finish here. We came to celebrate our engagement and the bartender was just the sweetest and most attentive to us! Didn’t catch her name but with the complementary bubbles and crème brûlée were above and beyond. The food came out quick and was so delicious. We had the broccoli Caesar, cacio pepe and the carrots-would recommend all. We’re from out of town but absolutely will be back next time we’re in Denver.

Tyler was so great. Everything he recommended we ordered and then was beyond our expectations. His menu knowledge was so appreciative for our gluten allergy.

A good meal, but left feeling underwhelmed.
The food was solid, but not as exciting as I had hoped. Mushrooms were mushy, broccoli was covered in mustard. Risotto and beef were delicious.
The atmosphere was nice, but a bit too crowded.
And the service felt forced and chaotic.
