Devan was honestly some of the best wait staff I have ever experienced in Denver. He went above and beyond in every aspect of the meal. Could not be happier with his service after waiting 1.5 hours past our original reservation time.
my friends and I had a reservation at 8pm, and extended it to 8:30pm. unfortunately, we weren’t seated until about an hour later. though we had a long wait, our server Devan, was extremely attentive and turned our night around. he helped us through our options on the menu. the manager, Brandon, also made our experience much better by comping some menu items. ultimately, i would absolutely recommend this place for customer service and will be back.
What a wonderful surprise today, finding Corsica. A great use of an old building, you feel like a part of history, but with a bright and cheerful update. We ended up here for a late lunch, which was perfect with these small plates. I love being able to try a bunch of things, and boy did we!
