Such good coffee! Idk what they do to their iced honey lattes but it’s the best honey latte I’ve had anywhere! Super consistent good coffee! Definitely caffeinate yourself here!

I love Corvus. Mainly for ambiance and service. It is not my favorite coffee but every time I go in baristas make my day, the selection of none coffee items is good and lastly they have so many none coffee options. This little chain from Denver Colorado is really great in terms of stocking stores, bringing the right things and making their patrons feel welcome. That is why they are staying so busy. Also 6:30a is much better opening time and 6:30p closing time is great when you get a late day cup so thank you I appreciate you are in my area!

Well, I used to like this place but now it became the worst coffee shop to go to. Croissant sizes shrunk to half while the prices for them went up. I cant even get a good morning out of the staff when I go in there. So paying $40 for two coffee and two pastries is just way over board. This was definitely my last time going there. Much better places just down the street and the staff there actually enjoys having you there. It was ok while it lasted. Bye bye

Great coffee shop to work from! Seating filled up quick and there were limited electric outlets to plug into. The coffee was great, they have multiple espresso and pour over options. The only reason they are getting 4 stars is that they charge extra for milk alternatives :(

Full disclosure, I am a third wave coffee comrade. So opposite of Starbucks…
As such, I found the coffee at Corvus to be delightful. I tried a light roasted Columbian pour over, and it really delivered. The coffee was nuanced, containing fruit notes, lighter acidity than expected (a good thing!), and the roast was spot on. The cost was $9/cup, which is definitely pricey, but well worth the money if you want to experience a quality cup of coffee. This is definitely not the kind of coffee I would recommend putting cream and sugar in: to get the most out of the coffee, drink it black.
Also, the baristas were friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the different notes for each coffee despite the cafe being relatively busy.
Finally, I was particularly impressed with the branding. The dark charcoal theme with the wood accents made the cafe feel comfortable yet professional. We didn’t stay long, but I think it would be a nice place to read a book or work.
We will definitely be back! Thanks guys!

Good coffee shop with a nice selection of pastries. The ham and gruyere croissant was good, but would have been even better had it not been overheated. The latte was very good.
Service was fast and friendly. The space is rather dark with long communal tables, a big round table and a bench for seating. Outdoor seating is more pleasant if you're there before it's too hot out. They do have password protected Wi-Fi available for customers.
There is limited on street parking, but nearby garages there have free 3 hour parking so getting in and out is easy.

Got the dark chocolate croissant, dark chocolate pecan cookie, and a pour over coffee. It was all delicious and would come back for it

Wonderful specialty coffee house. I tried their Ethiopian coffee in latte form, they also offered Rwandan coffee.
The coffee was amazing and I also tried their chocolate orange scone. It was delicious!
I love strong coffee, the server was also really kind and answered my questions (it was my first time trying this place). Love the ambiance and interiors here, wooden and chic!

Seriously great coffee — their beans are something else. I usually go for drip coffee or espressos, and it’s always excellent. Chill vibe, awesome pastries, and the staff is super friendly.

Ok the place/ambiance is cute and good enough to work from and meet up for coffee dates, however, their coffee is just not good.
I don’t know if people just love acidic, sour or fruity-tasting coffee or if people who come here order iced teas and hot chocolates. Because the coffee is not it. If you’re like me, who loves the rich and bold distinct coffee bean flavor, then don’t get this coffee. Because it is SOUR - which likely means their brewing process was not thorough and under-extracted. People who say they love this flavor, actually don’t and just drink it with a bunch of milk and ignore it to get their caffeine high.
I was ecstatic to see their regular coffee was Colombian beans, thinking maybe their espresso drinks are the only ones that taste fruity and sour, but boy was I mistaken. That $7+ (including tip) small iced coffee did not taste like a Colombian coffee at all, and it was too sour and acidic that I couldn’t taste the bean flavor and couldn’t take any more sips after one. Sometimes I can handle a few sips from other tangy flavored coffees from elsewhere but not this. Highly acidic coffee is often associated with high quality coffee and I literally have no clue why. It’s not good for your stomach and may cause bloating, acid reflux or heartburn. I gave it to my husband because he has a stronger stomach than me but he unfortunately felt the same way and couldn’t drink anymore.
Sorry, I’m not try to being mean to Corvus, this is just observation and facts. They have nice a nice coffee shop ambiance but just get a tea or a hot cocoa if you don’t want to taste this type of coffee.
