One of the best coffee shops in the city! Really fun pour over options and great snacks/pastries. Solid spot if you're really into coffee and want it as nice as it can be! The staff are also super kind and friendly. Recommend the focaccia sandwich.

The consistency of the espresso shot here is unmatched. It is pulled perfectly every single visit—not a milligram under-extracted or a degree too hot. It provides the clean, necessary fuel required to maintain focus for a long day of patient care. My particular preference is their single-origin Kenyan bean, which has a distinct, bright clarity. The staff clearly understands the mechanics of their equipment, making every cup predictable and excellent.

Corvus Coffee Roasters does specialty coffee in such a lovely way: they have such high quality coffee but are not pretentious about it, they make it easy to dip your toe in and have a knowledgeable staff to back it up. I chatted with V and Micki while I was in town for the weekend, and they were both incredibly kind and helpful while I decided on which pour over to try! I will be back the next time im in town!!

$15 here gets you a quality cup + amazing pastry. Unfortunately in Denver, coffee shops tend to do well at one or the other but not both, and if so, an inviting space or friendly barista usually is also compromised (e.g., Queen City: excellent coffee, gross pastries/food; Little Owl: excellent coffee & pastries, tiny space, stuffy upscale atmosphere that’s too quiet to hang in; Crema: pretty good coffee and great pastries but basic selection and loud/poor wifi/no outlets (BUT excellent food); Whittier Cafe: poor coffee, pastries, and indoor space/outlet availability but somehow pricier than all the others). I set high standards for Corvus since they do appear bougier and their prices are above average, and I can say I’ve only had consistently good experiences that were worth it. The space is inviting, clean, and naturally lit with lots of outlets; I’ve never had an issue finding a spot to post up and work. It could be stuffy but the baristas are super friendly and professional across both locations, and don’t hover over the tipping screen. Pastries are fresh and unique. Music is good and at good volume. The quality coffee makes up for the slightly higher prices, and the unlimited drip is worth the purchase if you’re spending time there. I’d have an important business meeting here just as easily as a casual meet-up. Only complaints are that some of the furniture is wobbly in RiNo and could use some tightening, and I wish there were healthier menu options outside of their energy balls.

I believe that I was served expired almond milk in my coffee. I think that’s why my coffee tasted like sour milk. I took one sip as I left the shop and it was awful. Two other people in my friend group that day got almond milk and said the same thing: it was sour and tasted very off. One other person got coffee, and it was with whole milk. They said theirs didn’t taste sour like ours, but they didn’t particularly enjoy it, either.
I can’t recommend Corvus. I think the inside looks great, but the price for what we got wasn’t great, and getting rancid tasting coffee was not a good way to start the morning. :(

I found everything to be bland and watered down. I ordered a matcha and it was the worst matcha I’ve ever had it even broke her whisk. The latte my partner opened also lacked coffee and tasted awful. Matcha I get but, the coffee wasn’t any better

Love the coffee here, but management has been weird about not having matcha available. Multiple people including myself have had to go to nearby vendors to get it. It’s been available in limited quantities. Other locations have it. Please keep matcha on the menu as a permanent item. People will buy it.

Coffee is okay. The cup choice could be better suited for drinking coffee. The brew could be adjusted to bring out the flavours better. The brew we had, had too much water and the high heat really brought out the unpleasant flavours of the roast.
Design and aesthetics of the shop is very pleasing.

Great stop for serious coffee connoisseurs! This is a craft coffee roastery with a wide selection of single origin coffees, both espresso and pour over. Noise level was on the quieter side, so this would be a great spot to read a book or do some studying in.
