I used to absolutely love this place, but it has gone downhill. Still really like the food, but it used to be way better.
Great service :) The food is delicious, very fresh. They have yummy desert choices too :) love the Jarritos variety and fresh horchata. Fair prices.
We live in Stapleton and have been coming back to Costa Vida again and again since they opened. I am a fan of the grilled steak and sweet pork. Sauces and salsas are awesome. I like it a lot better than Chipotle and Qdoba, which are probably the nearest competitors. I think their video marketing materials (displayed on a continuous loop on TVs in the restaurant) could use a revamp. Beautifully shot but it basically depicts a group of white people going on vacation on a yacht in Cabo San Lucas and then going to rake some leaves at an orphanage. For some reason, it just rubs me the wrong way. I think the image would be improved if it depicted a less Americanized perspective of Mexico.
Sweet pork is life. Staff is always polite and smiling and willing to help. They need to stay on top of their beverages though, horchata was out and it wasn't busy enough to have gone unnoticed.
We ate here Sunday morning. My husband and I are both sick. I only ate half my bowl, the chicken was not fresh. We think the food was from the night before. The potions were not what we are use to from other Costa Vidas. Which probably was a blessing for both of us. Won’t be going back to this Costa Vida!
First time here. Very helpful staff. Food was very good at a reasonable price. Will be back again.
Super nice people working here. Great food...better than chipotle.
I was one of the last customers of the day before closing. I interacted with 2 employees - one young, friendly and with whom I had to tell correct price to and one who looked like a manager, who made my food and was quite busy recording stuff and kinda ignoring me. But food was good and hit the spot.
Somewhat fresh, but most ingredients taste sweetened....not my kind of food
Always good service and fresh food at a good price!

I would select 0 stars if I could. We ordered from here Saturday and it was horrible. We both ordered burritos with green chili sauce, The rice was under cooked and crunchy. I only had 2 pieces of shredded beef on the entire burrito. My first bite tasted like I ate a spoon full of sweet n low. It was so bad I couldn't even eat it. My dogs wouldn't eat it either.
Fresh, tasty. Didn't seem very authentic. A bit pricey.
Hit or miss for sure, unfortunately usually miss. Today the drive thru lady was not engaged at all, gave me the wrong dressing for my salad and didn't put a tortilla in. I keep going because I occasionally get what I order, and that's when it's worth it. I recommend only for those days, wish I could predict it.
Fresh ingredients prepared right in front of you. Friendly staff and clean facility makes for an enjoyable experience.
I decided to stop in for lunch and received exceptional and prompt service. The employee who helped me had just finished cleaning the counters, so he washed his hands before preparing my order, and was attentive to the fact that I had requested my food be prepared gluten-free. I ordered to-go and my food was still hot when I got back to work and it was quite delicious! I've been to the Golden and Castle Rock locations before and I would highly recommend this location even over the others.
