First off, there was a big dance event happening at the hotel. Because of this, they were only offering a limited menu which was different than what was online. We over heard the chef telling another table that he had to cut the regular menu. We had a reservation, but the hostess never checked to confirm that and helped hotel guests before us. We were seated 15 minutes after our reservation time. We ordered the whiskey flight and it took 20 minutes for that to arrive. We saw our drinks sitting on the bar rail for about 5 of those minutes, touched by managers but never delivered. We ordered the steak and salmon. My steak came with gravy all over it. We saw several other takes order the steak and their gravy was in the potatoes. The steak was not a $50 steak. It had the texture of a block of pressed meat. No one checked on us after the meal was served to see if everything was OK. We asked to see a dessert meme and it was 20 minutes after that was given to us before the server asked if we wanted anything. There were open tables and the restaurant didn't have many tables to start with, so it was unclear why the server was taking so long. I would look elsewhere before booking here.

$30 for a Tito's martini... Manager said it matches local prices. You can go to a high end steak house or a rooftop lounge two blocks away where the price for a Tito's martini is $15-$25.

This restaurant is inside of the Hyatt hotel where we are currently staying. We have tried a variety of menu items and everything has been delicious! The French fries, pretzel nuggets with beer cheese, Brussel sprouts, all so, so good. I'm sure we will be ordering from here again before our stay is up. Eat in or carry out.

Food service was slow. Took 45 minutes for food to come out. Meals were not filling, and menu was lackluster. Needs an overhaul. Prices high.
I've never had hotel restaurant food this good. They have a new chef whose doing subs great things. Really worth trying even if you're not staying at the hotel. I highly recommend the salmon with blue grits. Superb.

I recently had the pleasure of dining multiple times at Courier Kitchen Bar & Marketplace in Denver, and I can’t recommend it enough. Nestled in the Hyatt Hotel off Welton, this spot is truly superb. Each dish I tried was a testament to the chef’s skill: from tender, juicy bison to perfectly cooked salmon, and even a simple burger that was packed with flavor. The buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious as well. On top of that, the staff were exceptionally kind and professional, making each visit a delight. If you’re ever in Denver, Courier is definitely worth a visit.
First, the service was crazy slow. It took almost 20 minutes to get our first drink. The food was spectacularly dull. I ordered the NY strip, asked it to be cooked rare. They served it almost shy of well done. The overall vibe of the place felt run down. The paper menus were stained with sauce. Overall it was a very sub par experience at a higher price.

The food (hamburger and fries) was delicious, as was the watermelon margarita (I think that's what it was); however, I could've used less ice in my margarita because there wasn't very much to drink.
Im very particular about how my eggs are cooked. My omelet was cooked too much and was scorched. I was hungry, so I ate the meal.

Everyone Was Wonderful,Went There Today On My Birthday Eve And I Had Requested If They Did Something Special For A Person's Birthday-On line & In Person-They Where Kind Enough To Bring A Complimentary Cinnamon Roll,But As A Person Who's Been In The Hospitality Industry For Decades,I Don't See Why They Didn't At Least Comp My Breakfast Buffet Meal-If Not Both-The Food Is Already Pre Made,Pre Cooked (Outside Of The Omelette's).I Think That Would Have Been A Much Nicer Jester & Touch,That's All!
Hotel restaurant chosen for convenience. Service was slow, food took a long time to arrive. Meal was average.
