To whom it may concern:I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern about an incident that occurred at your establishment last night. I visited Cretans and unfortunately, I felt racially profiled and unfairly treated based on my skin color.Despite being present at the bar and attempting to seek assistance, I was ignored by the bartender, John. Meanwhile, I observed other customers being served promptly and receiving assistance without any acknowledgment of my presence or attempts to serve me.This experience left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and unwelcome in your establishment. As a patron, I believe that every customer should be treated with respect and fairness regardless of their race or ethnicity.I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in hopes of addressing and rectifying this issue. I urge you to take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future and that all customers are treated equally and respectfully.I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further and to provide any additional information that may be helpful in addressing this issue. Please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I've been to Cretans several times in the past and loved it. This time, I was informed that their famous pour over martinis were no longer available, which is what I came for originally. The place is very noisy and a little crowded.

I had a wonderful experience here with bartender Taylor, she was very attentive, asked me questions about my day, gave drink suggestions as well as food. Meanwhile, helping everyone else at the bar at the same time. There were points where it seemed Taylor could’ve used some help, while other staff seemed to be standing around on their phones. For this and this alone I give 2 stars. Vibe was cold.

It was a very cute cocktail bar. Their food menu is very small & also very small portions. Definitely not a spot you can fill up for dinner, we got the fried chicken with hot honey & the meatballs. Both delicious! And then we had to grab dinner somewhere else after.

We finally made it to Cretans, a lovely cocktail bar in cherry creek, we were lucky and visited when it was not very busy. This space is so beautifully and thoughtfully designed, it's romantic and sophisticated. There are various seating options. They have an excellent cocktail list, specifically four really interesting types of martinis- these martinis were very well crafted and balanced. I do want to go back and try other cocktails and wine. We had the meatballs which were sooooo good! This is a must order! They are small, so if you're hungry- order more! My husband, whose birthday we were celebrating ordered the caviar slider and said it was some of the best in Denver. Our gracious waitress comped the slider and a birthday shot for him! We were impressed by the service, ambience and quality of food and drinks we ordered. Cretans is on the list of places to try again!

The only bummer was that they no longer do the viral pour over martinis featured on their Instagram, which made me sad, becuase come on that looked cool af, and unique but you know what, I get it, probably not practical for them to constantly wash all that glassware. Just want to warn the people. Also they ran out of oysters by 7:30pm. Bad luck for me. Otherwise very good drinks and atmosphere.

Super cool spot, had to make a reservation. With making a reservation for a cocktail bar, I have higher expectations. They have 7 cocktails to pick from. We ordered one and were told they didn't have it. This should've been told to us when greeted by the bartender. Seems like a big miss to only have 7 cocktails and not be able to actually make them all. Ordered a spicy pepperochini martini and received a salted lemon martini. We got it swapped out when we mentioned we got the wrong one. The martini was kind of flat, no real pepperochini flavoring. Our only interaction with the bartender was a “hi, do you want anything else? And have a good night.” Zero interactions and no check ins to make anything personable.

I had an absolutely fabulous time with family in town for the holiday. Special thank you to Claudia who was an exceptional hostess and Aschera the manager for making us all feel comfortable. Food is fantastic and atmosphere is lovely.

We visited to get drinks before dinner next door at Kini’s. This restaurant/ bar is small but the atmosphere felt really good. All around everyone really thought their drinks were great and the service was top-notch.

Have gone twice and had awful experiences both times. Inexperienced (didnt know red from white) and rude service. Too expensive for this experience.

This spot is overall a 10/10! Right away when you walk in the atmosphere is just warm and electric. We ordered several small plates to share and every single one was incredible. They were all served plated so beautifully and tasted amazing.

Cretans is always a favorite. Last night, was probably the highest level of service I've gotten, since I've been there, though, extremely attentive waiters, considering the fact that we only ordered two drinks, very excellent service.

The ambiance is cute but this place is poorly managed. Be aware: we didn't receive a physical check. Just the Toast app with the total so after paying I sent myself the check and there were lots of things added to it that we didn't get. We spoke with the server who after 25 minutes came back with a refund for the difference but with us still tipping on top of the wrong total. We then asked to speak with the manager who was totally rude about it. Asking how much we wanted to tip. This is 35 mins after we were ready to leave and had just had been waiting for them to fix our check. Instead of the manager saying "this was our mistake, we will get your drinks, how do you want to pay for the food?" (Which at that point is the minimum he could've done). The manager instead does not have his servers back and is blaming her fully and tries to make the situation awkward by bringing the Toast app in front of us and asking how much we want to tip. At this point I am so mad and I feel really bad but I didn't feel like I could tip after everything that happened plus waiting almost an hour for this to be sorted out. I left feeling bad for the server and hoping she gets a job in a place with better management. Mistakes happen! Managers are there to quickly support their staff and help customer service run smoothly. On top of everything, the plates were chipped and still being used to serve food. There was a whole page of martinis but they did not have blue cheese olives nor they were served in a martini glass. The spicy margarita wasn't spicy and tasted like straight tequila. Which are all small things that can easily make the experience better.
